Hi Lisa,

You just add that one item to your cart, and you get three bottles of Flavor-It-Yourself e-liquid. Think of it as buying a kit, you add that one product to get what is shown in the product description. No need to add it twice, unless you just want to get a total of six bottles for the price of four.
