CD, I bet you have some tasty flavor pairing results that you have tried. Share please. :D

I have found out that ANY fruit flavor goes great with Circus Cotton Candy. Raspberry and Mountain Dew flavor make a great "blue dew" , mixing any fruit flavors with bubblegum tastes like fruit bubble gum lol, I mixed hickory smoke with RY4 and almond and came out with a really good tobacco flavor. If I think of any more I will try to add them.

I agree, champagne can feel drying to me too. I don't like to use a lot of it. Others love it.

Blackberry (TPA) to me is a strong one. Very little needed in most mixes I have tried it with. JMO.

Wish the champagne was sweeter. I did really like the strawberry champagne I made, I added some circus cotton candy and damn......nice and sweet

ETA:

To add to the list of flavor pairing ideas...these items can be "flavor enhancers" with just about anything.

Nuts can enhance the aroma, taste...and perceptual texture. (pecans, walnuts, peanuts, etc)

Vanilla, Cinnamon, or Nutmeg can enhance sweet flavors.
