Flavor shots, too many RY4's to choose from now. Any thoughts on the RY4's? etc.

I'm just wondering if anybody has tried the TVR RY4 and Ginger's RY4, and what you think about them. I have some Ginger's RY4, 50/50, 24mg with no flavor shot, and it's awesome. Vaping this stuff on a KGO with 1.5ohm DCC's, how would flavor shots affect the taste? The only juice i've tried with a flavor shot is Hypnotic, and I don't think it's quite my kind of flavor.

Thinking about ordering some of both RY4's, with and without flavor shots but I don't exactly have the cash. Just sell me on SOMETHING. I can't make up my mind haha.

Thanks :D

I'm not big on flavor shots in our juices unless they are fruit flavor. BUT, I LOVE both of the Ry4's with a single flavor shot. This might be because I have a really hard time letting my juice steep for an entire week! But, regardless, it gives it a nice boost to the flavor. Both Ginger's and TVR Ry4 really need to follow by the recommended 3-4 days steeping time, after shipping, to bring out the full flavor this this juice. Since you are vaping at 1.5ohms I would recommend a single shot. I vape at 1.25ohms and occasionally at 1.5 on a SmokTech Dual Coil Cartomizer. Hope this helps! -Josh

I have been vaping my shipment for a couple days, and I really do wish I would've gotten flavor shots in my fruit juices.

For the tobacco flavors, Port Menthol and USA Reds, those are great as is. At 50/50, they produce a ton of vapor and have a very distinct, strong flavor.

But Pomegranate and Dragonfruit? Hell, it's barely even there! I mean yeah, the first couple of puffs are fairly juicy. But once you get passed that, you're struggling to get any real taste out of it.

So, for fruit juices at 50/50 or any higher VG, I'd recommend a flavor shot (Or two even, but I'd try a single one first!). For the tobacco flavors, I'd try it normal first then get a small bottle with a flavor shot to compare. I can't really comment on the bakery flavors though... Haven't had the guts to try one yet!

I agree with the fruit. Raspberry, pineapple and Hypnotic could have used a flavor shot. They are still amazing, but next time i re-order any of those, I will be getting the shots.
I dont see where you would need them on the bakery blends. So far i've had vanilla cupcake, Ghram Cracker, and Gingerbread. All of which were single shots, and they all have a super strong flavor.

ive tryed both gingers ry4 and the new ry4 with the flavor shot there both great the new ry4 is alittle sweeter...

the "new ry4" is from the vapor room?? I love the Ginger's Ry4 but a little sweeter would be nice. Every so often, after I've been vaping awhile the ginger's starts tasting a little "dirty" to me...like an actual ciggy. But I'm also used to sweeter flavors like my peppermint ice cream. But I love the warm vape of ry4 too :)

I've had both of TVR's Ry4's many many a times, TVR has been my goto for RY4, old school line to the new Gingers, flavor shot and no flavor shot. Either way for me its all great. My buddy graced me with a bottle of their original RY4 that he had stashed away for a long time and it was phenomenal. Basically what I'm etting at is you can't go wrong with any RY4 TVR offers in any mix, its great stuff
