This may be a long shot, but i have been trying to gain some weight (moms freaking out about my bony shoulders). Im a heavy vaper, and my flavor profile so far is pretty much all rich, creamy, sweet flavors (mostly tobacco). These flavors can decrease your appetite quite a bit since theyre very rich. As a result my eating hasnt been as great as i has hoped. I mean im not having a eating problem or anything, but with the new amount of exercising that im doing, i dont think i can gain weight eating like i am.

So in your experience, what flavors have helped you increase your appetite? I would imagine its somewhere around the citrus/ tangy/ sour area?

Thanks for you input.

Well most people will say when you quit smoking you tend to eat more. that was true in my case. i gained about 40 pounds after quitting but then i lost almost 50 when i switched my lifestyle around. vaping tends to help with food cravings to me, but i can say that most desert vapes make me feel hungry. Tobacco/mint/menthol/others just tend to make me feel like im smoking or chewing gum or eating mints, but vaping desert flavors leaves the after taste of the juice in your mouth which makes you want more, or at least in my case lol.

I would start there.

If Moms not happy ain't nobody happy.

I DIY so I vape unflavored to very rich and sweet flavors and haven't noticed much appetite changes across the flavor spectrum. Since I have the opposite problem this is something that I pay attention to.

The solution may have more to do with possibly lowering your nicotine levels. Since nicotine is a mild stimulant it acts as an appetite suppressant and boosts metabolism both of which work against weight gain.

My recent experience may be pertinent. I broke the glass tank on my only genny style RBA which I use the majority of the day so I switched back to clearomizers until it was in my budget to get a new tank. In short order I couldn't figure out why I was trying to shove the contents of my fridge down my throat. When I switched from clearos to RBAs I substantially reduced my nic level. Going back to clearos I didn't increase my nic level. Hence appetite no longer as suppressed. I didn't want to up my nic level so I set up a RDA for just before meal times and whenever food cravings hit. It seemed to help.

You may want to do the opposite and lower your nic level slightly to diminish the appetite suppressant effects of nicotine but still avoid cigarettes.

So let me summize here, Vapeing helps people lose weight, quit smoking, breath better, taste improvements, stamina increases just to touch on a few.

Gotta love Vapeing.

Can't say I've come across a liquid that made me feel like eating, or not eating. I just plain love to eat lol. Now where did those cheese sticks get to? Oh there they are right beside that shiny thingy.....

Thanks for all the reply.

True, nicotine is an appetite suppressant. I would lower my nic content but im already at 6mg - i cut down quickly since i started. Its more because im at my desk a lot and thus chain vape like a steam engine. And i use RBAs exclusively, so the nic i get in each hit is huge. Who knew it would be a bad thing right?

Any more ideas? Gotta keep Mommy happy lol.
