flavor that tastes like chocolate wafer?

Greetings DIYers, I'm on the hunt for a chocolate flavor that is similiar to a chocolate flavored sugar wafer. It's a very mellow, subdued chocolate flavor to me. It's a note that I taste in the Virgin Vapor Kona Coffee Milkshake (which is currently not available at the vendor). Has anybody tried any chocolate flavors that are reminiscent of a chocolate wafer cookie? Something like the chocolate tastes in one of these? Thanks a bunch for any assistance you can offer!
