I seem to use this flavor more than I thought I might. Its dark in color as you might expect and has a minty dark cocoa like smell. As with most Flavor West, its mild, best used at 10 percent and above if you want it pronounced. I have used it with tobacco flavorings, believe it or not, and with some fruits and with menthol. The mint element is too light for this to be a stand alone flavor for me as its a soft flavor. If you're looking for a peppermint patty type you will have to add other flavors to boost it.
