Hey, FW folk,

Can anyone here confirm if One on One Flavors (OOO) is really just re-branded FW? I have some of their flavors, but the only duplicates I got from both are Dutch Apple Pie and I am almost certain they are the same. I do know that OOO is not the manufacturer and they do just re-brand, but I wasn't sure if they are all FW.

Jonathon Tittle was in contact with them at first and claimed they were not FW flavors but made their own. I never tried them though.

Hmm... I asked why certain flavors were only sold in such large containers and they told me that's because those were drop shipped from the manufacturer. I had good dealings with them so I take no issue necessarily, but that Dutch Apple Pie is indistinguishable from the FW version. And, generally flavor manufacturers sell Apple Pie, but seeing both of them sell "Dutch" versions plus them both being virtually indistinguishable raises a flag -- not a red flag, but it raised some type of flag.

Oh well, who knows?! But for those down with FW, you may want to try them since they do often haves some nice deals.

Thanks.

Does anybody know about Flavor West's "Amaretto" flavoring? MBV stopped selling the Amaretto so I'm going to have to make it myself and don't know the first thing about doing that.
I have some but I haven't tested the flavor yet.
I do know that FW is known for weak flavoring, and I have quite a few so I can verify that.
They recommend starting at 15%, and I use a lot of them at 18%, so I basically only use their flavoring if I enjoy it solo, or mixed with another company's flavoring that only requires 1-2%.
I'll mix some up and give ya a shout back.
Hopefully someone will let us both know in the meantime.

Hope I'm posting in the right spot? My friend likes the RY4 from mount baker ( I have no idea why) and asked me if I could make a large quantity for him and his wife. I want to order a big bottle of flavoring but I cannot find a flavor called Ry4 on the Flavor West site. I do see a FW-Branded-Re(4)nu tobacco. Does any one know if this is the same as what Baker calls Ry4 or what baker uses for their RY4?

Man, some of my FW flavors are tuning out to be favorites. I tell ya', you just never know what flavorings will speak to you. I actually had prejudged FW before really giving them a shot, when if I hadn't I likely could've saved some money.

FW French Vanilla is my ADV and a base for many of my bakery mixes.

I just never really got behind any of their tobacco flavors.

Mount Baker says they don't use FW flavors so in order to be sure you are getting the right flavor concentrate why don't you just order it from Mount Baker?

Because it'll co$t you much more.
I buy MBV flavorings only for their signature flavors that FW doesn't have: Hawk Sauce, Banana Cream Pie, Blue Moo...

MBV added suppliers in early Fall 2013. They still use some FW.
MBV & FW still mix at the same exact percentages and many of their flavors taste exactly the same.
MBV dropped FW for their Butterscotch supplier but the "new improved" MBV Butterscotch tastes exactly the same IMO.

Anyone looking for a tasty tobacco vape - FW East Coast Tobacco (same as MBV) is excellent and popular with my tobacco vaping friends.
It's been my wife's ADEDV for about a year and a half :)

I've never tried the RY4 juice from MT B, but I DIY with "RY4 Double" from TFA, and it's good ...

Thanks and I may pick some up for him to try but right now, after about two months of sampling and tweaking, we finally found one he likes (after I add more carmel and a little sweatenter) so I would like to order a quantity FW.

Call Flavor West. Jason (the owner) usually answers.
He probably won't tell you if & what they still supply to MBV.
If you explain that you're trying to match MBV's RY4 and ask if they have one that would probably be extremely similar he should steer you right :)

Yeah, my tobacco days are mostly gone so I hadn't even tried those. I use FW Banana Split and Yogurt like it's going out of style! I actually use their Banana Split with a .25% TFA Banana Ripe just as a banana, not necessarily a banana split. The Yogurt is just one seriously authentic and spot-on flavor!!!

For anyone that has had the B. Split and regular Banana from FW, are the two made with the same banana taste?

Jason was in a meeting. Sent him an E-mail asking which of FW's flavors most closely resembled the MBV product and recieved a reply within the hour. It was as I had suspected, the FW-Branded-Re(4)nu Tobacco is FW's RY4.

Personal response from the Pres of the Co. within the hour? Yup, I think I'll keep ordering from them :vapor:

Thanks for the suggestion Home Boy.

I skimmed thru most of this thread.. Has anyone tried black licorice, green apple or extreme ice at 20%? I vape 65/35 or 50/50 with 3 shots from MBV and would like to replicate it. Some say MBV starts at 15% some say 10%. FW recommends 15%. Most here say 12.5%. Some say a MBV flavor shot is 2% some say 5%. I kinda doubt 5% since that would make what i order 30% flavor. I don't have a lot of cash ATM, so i only ordered a small amount of stuff to start DIY. Don't really want to fart around making a bunch of small samples heh :D
