flavorless nic juice

I'm looking into DIY e-liquids and was wondering what flavorless nic juice is. I understand that the nicotine sold is mixed with pg and/or vg but aren't they flavorless ?

If you have a nicotine and PG and/or VG solution with no flavoring, you have a flavorless nic juice.

It's a way of saying the juice has no flavoring. If it had no nicotine either it would be PG and/or VG.

I've recently dropped my nic level down to 6mg or 0mg. I've even tried straight vg (vegetable glycerin) with no flavoring. It's a pleasantly semi-sweet taste. I frequently drip this in between changing flavors in my RDA (rebuildable drip atomizer). Tons of vapor production, too.
