I'm wanting to make a good cookie liquid. On the original percent list, it says to use FA cookie at 10%. A few reply's later and it says the flavor is not a standalone. Just curious why FA would make a flavor called cookie if it needs to be mix with other flavors in order to use. So....has anyone used the FA cookie and if so how did it come out or what did you need to add to it. It may sound like I'm complaining a little but I just want a cookie.

The flavor chart was getting buried so I thought I would post it here to find it more easily.
Flavour Art varies dramatically rather than the typical 15-20% standard of TPA and Capella's.

Please add more flavors to the list below:

Barley Malt 2%
Beer 5%
Butterscotch 3%
Caramel 2%
Catalan Cream 5%
Cherry Black 4%
Chocolate 2%
Cinnamon Ceylon 5%
Cocoa 5%
Coconut 10%
Coffee Espresso 2%
Cookie 10%
Green Tea 3%
Hazelnut Toasted 2%
Irish Cream 3%
Licorice flavor 4%
Maple Syrup 2%
Nut Mix 3%
Oba Oba 10%
Peppermint 5%
Strawberry 2%
Tiramisu 4%
Torrone 4%
Vanilla Bourbon 5%
Vanilla Classic 2%
Vanilla Tahity 10%
Vienna Cream 10%

That's funny, I do my vienna Cream at 5% and Catalan Cream at 10%.

thanks for the info. was really hoping I could just use it as standalone but I got lots of bakery type flavors I can add.

Capella's does great standalone flavors.
As far as Flavour Art Cookie goes, it is my most used flavoring. I love bakery types. I usually cook it around 8-10% and then add a few drops of Capella Caramel and a couple drops of Flavour Art Butterscotch.

FYI... I did not come up with these percentages myself. A few years ago when I started mixing myself, I scoured the interwebs to see what others were mixing FA at because of how much their flavors vary. I just wrote it down in one place.

any ideas on oak wood? I've tried it up to 15% and still get almost nothing
Wow! You must have gotten a bad batch or something. I use it in a tobacco recipe and add only 1 drop per 10ml and that's more than plenty. As far as my experience goes, it's the strongest flavor I've worked with.

I am about to create a recipe with FA cookie, I use mostly VG and was wondering what your percentage of VG vs PG you use when you add the 8-10% of cookie. Thx
