You did! On my wish list now.
Can you MTL with it?
Does it consume much more juice? Need to lower nicotine?
Does it perform well on a sqounker? What about TC?
It is not an MTL. It is an airy loose draw.
It consumes juice pretty quick.
It squonks just fine.
You can use it with TC, as long as you get the SS mesh strips, not the standard wotofo strips it comes with (kanthal).

It is a sub ohm RDA, 0.18 is the highest ohm strip you can get for it. There are some tricks you can do to raise it just a little, but doesn't change it much at all. But it does work well with a large single coil (4mm id seems to be the sweet spot) as well, so there is always that option.

Well there have been some good guesses but everyone who has responded thus far has been wrong. The correct answer is the Wotofo Profile RDA. I know everyone thinks flavor is such a subjective thing that there is no correct answer but to them I say wrong again!! The correct answer is the Wotofo Profile RDA. Thank you all for playing and I hope this has been educational for all of you folks. Next time someone says what’s a flavor banging rda? You tell them right to their face It’s the Wotofo Profile RDA. If they disagree in anyway or say it depends or it’s different for everyone just yell at their face WROnG!! And then so you don’t come off as a dic, try being less aggressive and say something like, Don’t be stupid, or When you say such stupid things everyone will think you’re stupid so stop it. After all this is a friendly place and we are just trying to help each other learn about vaping and how not to be so stupid all the time. Well I just wanted to chime in and tell you all the right answer. Hopefully I got my point across because people always tell me I come off too nice and I have a way with words that just puts people at ease.

And then the alarm clock went off and you woke from your vape dream...

I was dreaming all along. Bigger and Complex ISN'T better. This plain ol Little Origen has woken me out that dream with a flavor and throat hit bang like i've not yet experienced from any RDA :D

Zaryk answered your questions I’d just add you can get a good restrictive hit with the airflow closed down as much as possible. That’s how I vape it and I’m a big fan. Goes longer between rewick/rebuilds than standard coils, at least for me it does. Best of luck getting you a favorite single coil flavor banger, it’s something every vape needs.

I have quite a few but only use the recurve and venna lately.
Now that I discovered the little origen I put both of them aside to. I know it goes that way with vaping and will get to them again in future. For now i'm in awe with this origen.... $6.15 (Free Shipping) SR Origen Little Styled RDA Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer (Origen Little, SS, Silver (SR)) at m.FastTech.com
Its has the perfect draws for MTL and restricted DL. Flavor and throat hit for Africa. Every time I vape it, its like this can't be...your soooo small, but you play with the big boys :D
Amazing. I'm even contemplating getting an original...but that's almost the price of a high end mod
What’s that set screw in the top of the deck for? Is it just a solid pin for dripping or something else?

I guess that would work if you turned down the watts, especially since mesh still works well at low watts. I overlooked that fact since I have only used mine on a mech.

There are a few other 14 & 16mm RDAs out there that might be good too, probably be hard to find these days. You can't beat the Origen Little though.

Those are allen grubs to tighten and hold the coil wires. The holes are cross drilled to accomodate a single or dual coil.

that little set screw in the upper left of the deck. What’s its purpose?

When you unscrew it halfway it acts as a 1/4 turn stop for the top cap for airflow control and to aid with removal of the RDA.

Fredman1 have you settled on a favourite build for the Origen Little yet? I saw a photo you posted of a dual coil roundwire - think you said 26g 2mm? Mine should be arriving soon ( I hope...) from FT so I'd like to start where you've got to.

Mate I started with a 0.5ohm single 2.0mm coil and that performs very well to.
I just wanted to see what a dual is all about so that's why I did that. It actually goes better with the dual (but not by much).
With a single the air is less as you only use one air hole on one coil. With the dual you open two air holes and that means more flavor.
I'm replacing the kanthal coils now with some 430ss for TC. Going to do them 2.5mm this time. Will let you know how that goes.
I've just ordered another 3. One as spare, and set one up for MTL and one for single coil DL.
Now I just need more smaller squonk mods
