I have found, that if you warm the bottle up a bit, then shake it you can get them re-mixed a bit easier. I have always wanted one of those miniature paint shakers, for this but never did get one.

I have one of these, and it might work for 10-30 ml bottles of pg solution.
I tried to use it to shake my final mixed in bottle e-liquid with over 70vg, and that did not work out. Just didn't mix.
The paint shaker makes a pretty good amount of noise as well.

I ordered cocoa from Wiz labs and it came to me like that (goop in the bottom) then a few months later ordered FA Cocoa from someplace else and it had the same problem. I still haven't tried cocoa flavoring...

The one I have is FA, I think that is just a trait of Cocoa flavors. I have not used it for a while, but was fine after getting it re-mixed. It is a coil gunker though, I never went any higher then 0.50%.
