Flavours & fastest ways of steeping? Help pls

Hi i wonder if the flavours sold at the supermarket ar maybe bakery can be used for making my liquid? Of course if they are water base too? Is is possible?

Another quetion is whats the fastest way of steeping/breathing?

Water based flavors aren't very good, and some of them contain things you don't want to inhale. The cheapest place I have found for flavorings is:

All these flavors are accepted for vaping. If you are concerned about DA/AP, look for the ones that are marked with a " * " and avoid them.
