I just tried to order and it kept returning me to the fill in the CC info page never going past that page. Has anyone else had troubles?

Did you log in before checking out? The only thing that I could think of.

Thanks Salem, you have it right. We use USPS and you get your first click-n-ship ntification when we initially print out the label with your order. We'll keep you updated as best we can, we just want to make sure everyone gets what they want! And hand-blending does take time -- we're hiring new people but won't just throw them into mixing quickly as we want your e-liquids to be as perfect as possible

I luv it when small business takes off. Glad to hear you are hiring more help. Not only creating jobs, but maybe Pam and David can eventually get more than 20 min cat naps of sleep. I haven't been buying a long time from this co. but I sure have gotten more than great customer service--from both of them. And it seems they are always available--24/7. They must sleep in shifts!

I have heard them say that David works during the day while Pam sleeps and Pam pulls the night shift while David sleeps.

Just read this thread, and I noticed that some people mentioned they hadn't tried the RY4 because they don't like tobacco flavors. I just wanted to say that I ordered RY4 from FSUSA as one of my first orders, along with Apple (so I could mix them), and I tasted NO tobacco. It tasted like mostly caramel to me, with a little bit of apple. So far, RY4 is my most favorite e-juice, and I vape it most of the time, except when I'm testing other juices. I always go back to RY4 as my favorite. Guess I'm gonna have to try RY5.

It is so funny because about 1/2 of us taste the tobacco and the other 1/2 does not. Just goes to show you how different all of our tastes are.
