I placed an order yesterday and i got an email from pam today saying my order was processing and they are running a tad behing due to high demand

Me too, I replied saying that while the news is disappointing, I really appreciated the email, and that good customer service is very important to me, I think Dave took it wrong at first, because the next email I got seemed a little harsher in tone. But after I replied again I think he begin to understand I was thanking them for the email, not complaining about the delay.

Don't take this wrong, I'm not complaining. I know that they are super busy. I just have a question.

Would anyone get concerned if they got a click and ship notification on Tuesday around noon and the package still doesn't show up on the UPS website as received. I'm thinking it's either a case of them being backed up from the sale and not getting to the post office everyday or UPS losing my box. If it's the UPS one, I just want to let them know as quickly as possible.

I don't want to unnecessarily pester them, but I'm out of almost everything.

Hey guys. I am pretty sure that this sale ended yesterday afternoon. It was supposed to end yesterday morning and they extended it until the afternoon.
While I know that won't help you on this order they have promised to run many more sales in the future so keep an eye out here. Remember that there is always a 10% discount code to use on the first page of their site.

They usually print the shipping ticket when they start working on your order so don't assume that click and ship notification means that your order shipped. Remember, every order is hand mixed to perfection and that takes a little time. When they run sales like this it may take a little longer but is so worth the wait for the awesome juice that you will receive. Hope this helped some.

PS They do ship USPS.

So...is there a big delay in shipping due to this sale or something? I ordered last Thursday, and as of tonight (Wednesday) it still shows "Processing".

They are very busy when they run sales like this. I know how hard it is when you are waiting on this awesome juice but try and be patient. It will be well worth it in the end!

If I remember right David stated before in a previous thread on how he did his orders. I believe that when the order prints out it pulls the USPS track number and addy label. That does not mean that the order is shipped out that day but is he is getting started on your order. With this sale I am betting on him being swamped with orders and trying not to drowned in pg/vg mix, plus working on a real storefront/vape lounge, and spending time with his kids.

If you are getting really worried about it, you need to give them a call or email. Just remember that each order is made when the order is in front of him not premade to drop and ship the next day.

I see that Salem and others have already replied. You mentioned that you're almost out of everything. I hope you have enough to get you through until your package arrives. If I lived in Greenville, I'd bring you some of my liquids. :)

I sent an email about my order, and it sounds like they are indeed just swamped from the sale and whatever else is going on. So, no problem. I have had an order with a different supplier get "lost" before and just wanted to make sure that was not the case with this one.

Edit: My RY4 arrived today (Friday Oct 01). Way too soon to "review" it considering I live in Arizona where it shipped from and it was probably just made yesterday, but I will say even using it right away it is quite good. After a few days for steeping I'm betting this is going to be my new favorite.

Thanks very much for the Wyatt Earp sample too F.S.USA. I was actually very curious about that one and can't wait to give it a try too.

Aww, you guys are so sweet. I got the email that the box is at the post office, so it looks like it will arrive just in the nick of time. :)

Oh that's a relief. When I read your post, it made me think of how I'd feel if I was almost out! I'm glad your package is there, so tomorrow you can stalk the mail delivery person. :)

I just tried to order and it kept returning me to the fill in the CC info page never going past that page. Has anyone else had troubles?

Yes, after getting my order a couple days ago, just had to have more Hopscotch. Started ordering right around midnight for an hour. Would not take the code or cc
