I have my conference next week and will be flying. I have brought my egos in the past with no issue. Will my provari be safe if I carry it on? Just worried it may get taken or I won't be able to fly with it. I'll check everything else, but the provari will come with me with a tank and some spare batteries.

Ive never had a single problem anywhere, I always carry on all vape stuff.
In the past I put juice / tanks in checked bags inside double (2) freezer ziplocks, still leaked all over - I just have that kind of luck.
I suggest removing the battery and putting it in the plastic battery case with your spare when you go through the tsa check.
Juice goes in quart size baggy with other liquids, best to travel with labeled bottles.

If you have vacuum fed tanks like the Kayfun, or any other bottom coil type, make sure they are only half full and turned upside down. The changes in air pressure while flying will force the e-juice out of them otherwise.

Like Elvis said, tanks and juice in the liquids bag. You can take the tanks back out of the liquids bag and put them back on your APV's as soon as they go through the security scanner. TSA won't care.

Your ProVari should be fine..

Though you might want to leave your Cool Fire 2 at home... :D

I was planning on a carto tank and 2 extra batteries everything else I am checking. Will my carto tank flood? If so no bother just curious. Good idea on bagging everything. Thanks everyone.

Can only take up to 100ml in your carry-on (in a separate quart ziploc.. throw a folded-up paper towel in there for any leaks)..

Use a battery case if you have one.. otherwise tape your battery ends... Not allowed in your checked bag

And yes, it is very possible to discreetly vape in the airports & on the plane... Sssshhhhh...

:D

Depending on your itinerary, and all that, you can always ship your stuff to your hotel in advance. Or look up vape shops in area you are going to. I know for myself, if I'm traveling for a week or less, it's eGo batteries and CE4 tanks. Enough to get by but no loss if anything happens to it

I really don't think that's necessary...

I've had in my carry-on 2 PV's (including ProVari) in an eGo case, extension caps, 3 batteries, a charger, various (unfilled) toppers, about 90ml of juice, a partially-filled clearo, etc.. Even went the extra mile & labeled ziploc bags of stuff as "E-cigarette juice" & "E-cigarette supplies" just in case... Never any problems, never any leaks

In my checked bag, had some more unfilled toppers & a bunch more juice (filled & partially-filled bottles).. again, with labeled ziplocs... I was concerned about the juice in there leaking/getting crushed, so I double-bagged it with the paper towel, and even wrapped it with some "padding" (clothes & an oven mitt, LOL) & made sure it was in the center of my bag

Can't speak for partially-filled toppers, except for a top-coil clearo, which did fine

Discreet stealth vaping in the airport should be fine, if you choose.. practice your double-inhales & hold for 10 seconds.. zero vapor on the exhale.. if you were to get busted, odds are they would just tell you to stop

On plane itself is a lot riskier.. Don't do it in the bathroom! Night flights are much easier...

I would never advocate stealth Vaping on a plane. First, in today's day and age with how airlines are in the US, th best place for Vaping gear is in your carry on. Secondly, I would never advocate ANYTHING that would give vaping a bad name. There are already too many people trying to either stop it, or tax it to extinction-- why give them more ammunition.
I don't particularly like the nicotine gum, but I use it when on a plane. I can vape on way to airport, or in designated smokin action of airport, then again when I get in rental. Not worth the hassles or possible bad publicity

And if I do in the airport I'll be ... bath rooming it.

Yeah, I thought I might do that, too -- until I actually got in there & was like, erm, no thanks... 8-o

The best is when you find a vacant (or nearly vacant) nearby gate.. kick your feet up, have a stealth-vape session

I was more concerned with my provari getting taken from me. But I think I'm safe.

Famous last words..

There are tens of thousands of confiscated ProVarii sitting in a TSA warehouse somewhere, never to be vaped again by their rightful owners... :(

;)
