Mephisto V2 follow up:

This thing is a beast. I have some fairly breezy, fog making RDAs (Mutation X, 1:1 Infinite Dark Horse, Infinite CLT, Hobo clones) but this thing is on another level. I did a quick, simple dual 24ga build. Wide open at 50W-75W it's almost giggle inducing assuming you enjoy making about 1ml of juice disappear into a haze with a single pull. It really is a monster. I can't really comment on the flavor since the juice I used was a first for me and I don't really like it very much. But, I'm assuming this thing will be a bit lacking in the flavor department. So, flavor chasers can probably pass on this one. Fog makers? This is the RDA for you.

Build was super easy with one caveat: The positive post will spin when you torque down the post screw unless you secure the 510. Not a huge deal, I suppose. After all, this thing cost like $10. The post holes will easily accommodate some very big wire builds, parallels, twisted, etc. The massive post screw heads are super nice. Beats the heck out of trying to fiddle with a tiny allen key and grub screws or super small phillips heads.

Verdict? I want another one. And, it looks dope on my Sig100+.

EDIT: update to my update. Just re-wicked and dripped some juice I actually like and, BAM, there is flavor. Quite a bit of it in fact. Warm, dense, juicy flavor. I'm beginning to suspect the Mephisto V2 is now my favorite RDA.

Oh wow, I just checked again and it is gone. It was the first item under new arrivals. Obviously a mistake, but the description also said zero mod....I should have jumped on it when I had the chance....LOL

I saw it this morning as well. Looked like the Yosen, just $40 cheaper and shipped from China. Speaking of new arrivals, the Zero Gravity looks intriguing even though I hated my Big Dripper. And, I'm pretty sure I must have the Praxis clone. The two together would be a nice combo.

here, still waiting for my dream regulated mod; none of the actual ones convinces me, am afraid of becoming too exigent..
received a magma, and the amods erl (it looks awesome, but didn't build it it nor the magma yet). waiting for the orchid v4 to arrive.
next target will be a kayfun v4 clone, and maybe another rda (lancia?) if the magma doesn't satisfy me 100%.
will report when try them.

In other more important news, I was all confused about which Kayfun/Orchid style tank to buy, and then I had an epiphany...

I have my nifty new black zna 50 (which I am loving btw). I also have a black 4nine clone on the way. Clearly, I must get a black atty or two (or three) to go with them.

So, I decided on this lovely black Orchid
Anyone have any experience/details/tales of horror to report on this one?

Also definitely want to play with the N22 because all of those holes are fascinating me of course. Not at all because it will look perfect on the 4Nine

Dont know if I should choose these over the Mutation X (auth) or just a plain igow+

I can only comment on the Tugboat, it's an OK basic RDA. No airflow adjustability and 3/32" air holes so you're limited in your builds, anything higher than 0.7 and you get no flavor. It doesn't start tasting good until 0.6 and below. If that's your range it's good, otherwise it's limited. It's in my rotation so it's not bad, but my favorite part is the drip tip.

I'm receiving that Mephisto clone today. I should know a lot more about it in a few hours. I'll update accordingly.

And, you really can't go wrong with the MutX. It's a great atty.

Finally received my Origen Genesis and Hobo V2 and I love them both! The Hobo is actually much better than I expected, especially after your early post. My posts and deck are all clean and properly aligned, and the AFC caps are much nicer than I expected too. I thought the brass and copper colored AFC's might be thin and janky but they are quite thick and solid feeling so I am happy.

The Origen Genesis is swaaweet! Its so small, exactly what I was hoping for because I want to pair it with the Variant and I don't want a big atty on it. I will post some pics later .. and I also received some accessory mail from FT too.

That Mephisto V2 looks stellar, and I want the V2 a lot because I love the V1 so much but I was hoping FC would get a polished version like the OG, even as I usually prefer brushed finishes. I may have to scrap the polished plan and get this baby cuz me likey.

I'm for sure going to order another one. That way I can double fist my two Sigelei 100s with Mephistos on top. I'll do a Twisted420 "double toke"... and then probably die.

That would look delightful. BTW, I got my replacement Hobo deck with my Mephisto today and it is perfect. So, props to Doris. Did your Hobo show up?

I'm waiting for FC to drop the copper Slug before I go in on another Mephisto and the Praxis. May as well stare at only one order in "collecting"... I mean other than the one I'm staring at now.

I'll be spinning the FC Wheel of Destiny again here soon. Maybe a couple of times.
