That is starting with the day I talked to Doris about sending my replacement tank. They shipped it right away on the 6th and I received it today.

Hello everyone. Look at what the postman brought me at work today! Ignore the atomizer stand.

Funny part is that the Taifun GT is what delayed my packages to begin with. And it's the first one to arrive. The 2nd package left San Francisco yesterday so I should see it either tomorrow or on Monday as my work is closed over the weekend.

So for this package I'm showing that they shipped it on the 15th, got to San Fran the 18th left the same day, and over two states by the 20th. The other package shows the same information except it somehow got stuck in San Fran and departs the 19th.

See I kept this post Focalecig friendly. :) I'll see about the Squape. I'm going to try and build a little box that I'm hoping will help with pictures.

****************************** PRODUCT UPDATE *********************

For those of you who have purchased either the QQ or KK Telescoping Cartotank Mods, Focalecig will be stocking the replacement cartomizers for the cartotanks within a few days. As you know, the cartomizers that come with these tanks have a 510 floating pin, which cannot be found on other pre punched cartomizer tanks.

In the interim, I have on good authority that Boge and Smoktech 35mm, non flanged cartomizers will also work with this device.

You may now return to your regularly scheduled programming. :p ...

I wanted to add another comment to this. This is by far the easiest carto tank I have used so I am really glad we will be able to get replacements if the boge size doesn't work. After letting it sit all night, the dry hits seem to have gone away. No problems with my heavy morning vape session.

I haven't tried it yet. I actually have purchased a couple of cheap mechanical mods, but haven't tried them. I just knew that at some point I wanted to try a side button mechanical, and this looked to be the cheapest way to experiment with that. I might give it a go this weekend, but it will be slow going, as I am use to just slapping something on my regulated/protected battery and going. Initially I'll be staying above 1.4 ohm, as of now most of my builds are in the 1.7 - 2.1 ohm range. Unfortunately once I do try it, I probably won't have much information to compare it to except for my MVP2 and VV.

Looking good! How's the vape on the TGT? Mine was just an impulse buy due to good reviews and the sale. I think I watched one or two videos on the TGT and I'm a little concerned on how well I will be able to build something for it. Kind of like how I would like to try an Ithaka one of these days, but I know it will probably just frustrate me, which is why I haven't pulled the trigger.

After my small experience in vaping, my criteria now for purchases will be how easy is it to get to the coil to rebuild and not having to empty the tank will be a big plus.

Vape is great.Could have been better thou but works for me for now until i can lay my hands on some custom length ceramic wicks from the research lab i'm working at and also some hemp fibre.

Currently set at 2.4ohm with cottonwool(gonna love the clean flavour produced by using this) powered up on 7watts..

I'm vaping five pawns Bowden's mate which is a mint chocolate chip flavor

I normally vape at 20 watts and real complex flavors myself, but getting below on a taifun is not many wraps on a micro coil at all (would be 7 and below for me)

I will experiment more on the setup in due time. Currently it's like a setup for show and tell to my 3 other friends who ordered the TGT along with me.

The real reason why i purchase it is to use it on the box mod once it's completed. The weight of it with my current iTaste VTR is
