Don't give up. Go with the thicker juice so it does not gurggle, then every 1/2 dozzen or so vapes, take a couple/few sharp draws with no power. You should see a bubble come out of the carto hole. My juice is too thick to wick by it's own, but this solved the dry hit problem. Hope that might help with your problem.

Edit: On the gurggle, is it when you are vaping or with no power? Cartos sound like they are gurggling when vaping, but if I vape with no power, no gurggle. Just a thought
QQ carto got to normal but muted flavor. KK has burnt taste doesn't go away even with few drops (kinda like driping) so i guess its done. And i had it from first filling, so i guess i just ruined it. At list cleaning will let me keep experimenting without yaky taste.
I gona clean them both tonight boil kk and take pics if its any differences with size (as far as its question). I didn't get out today to get smocktech cartomizer so will play with what i have. Btw on focalecig cartos for both qq and kk sold separate so they may be different. I will wait on budget to order few original cartos as well.
If alot of devices can be so sensitive as +- 5% of vg in ratio, i guess need to look at it as its part of deal.

I have a couple of those tanks and love them. You did get a great deal! I hope you love it. I haven't gotten the hang of rebuilding yet and carto tanks are the best I've used so far.
Damn, I did not even think about the small tube. I had one on my turtleship, it is considered the kick sleeve in the event you want to put a kick in it. Be sure that the brass pin on the button is not stuck in the up position or it will fire the mod without you pushing the button. It needs to be inset in the delrin ring slightly so that when you push the fire button it hits the battery then recesses itself when you let go. Don't ask me how I know that.
Yeah I didn't see the seam until I saw a review on a website and saw 3 tubes lol.
got the firing perfect, gotta tweak the air flow control. I believe it's done my turning the fire button to the left?
I have heard this about cartotanks ... that once you get the burnt taste, that its over, done! So you may have to just replace that one, but I am glad that at least the QQ stop gurgling.
And I was just saying that I think the QQ and KK cartotank is a different size, and accept different cartos, especially now that I see Focalecig is listing the replacements separately. FYI,... the Boge's don't work on the KK, and I think this is why. That customer said he used them on the QQ mod.
I am so glad I didn't opt for the KK then. No Boge? That sux. Can cartos for the KK be found at B&M's???

Any idea where to get the o-rings? From the look of the picture the top one looks nicked, might need to be replaced. Could you tell me where you got yours or where I might get o-rings? Thanks
Rebuilding is not that hard, but cartos are good. I use a little of all of it, but can't beat the flavor of a New Carto, Mmmmm.

Doris's earlier email makes more sense now... she said she couldn't get the supplier to come down on the price, so it is what it is.

Burnie, FT has a heap of orings for cheap in 50pc packs, and of varying sizes ... They don't have red though, they are all black.

I think the ibtanked website has o rings in a variety of sizes. If it were me, I would probably just take the old one to a hardware store to make sure you're getting the right size.

For a 25mm outer diameter and possibly a 20-22 inner diameter, I am guessing somewhere around the 15-18mm range? ... I know you have to go by inner diameter of the tank, and then a bit smaller than what that is because the orings are meant to stretch a bit to fit snug... Google?
Or maybe wait to get the tank and measure the inner diameter yourself? That is if you can't find someone who knows for sure.

Yes, if FC will not just stop buying them for this only reason. I do not care about price so much, but that fact i'm out of cartos and best chance i can get them 2-3 weeks? Why would i want to try this toy in this case. I was thinking about getting an other of those and in fact i adore kk more then qq, now unlikely i will buy it, i do not wont to be chaned and truck my order with cartos every second, as well as i do not want to keep 40 baks in cartos sitting for just in case.There goes the idea of them being the cheapest.
