Focalecig are known as great custom service company. I'm in person had to communicate with Doris and never was upset with no-respond/late respond/i do not care type of respond. Very happy, and even when i send her e-mail in NY year OFFICIALLY shouted time off, i got an answer within 24 hrs.

You have right to act like jerk, you are unhappy and everyone will be unhappy, but its not needed any type of pressure in this case, you will get your money back (i hope that's what Doris will do, not offer you replacement). Dont need to brag here how harsh buisness shark you are and no one will full you by selling you a crap and getting away. In this topic everyone who ordered from FC is HAPPY even when they got something wrog FC (Doris) solved it with +++ for customer, you will not find (at list here) who will tell you, o yeaaa, they are crap, i never will be back with them.

That's what make our custom services like crap. New companies come up with great services but some spoiled little boys/girls start to scrim i want my toy NOW NOW NOW. And in no time we have supplier with attitude - why to bother they never happy anyway...

Atty is in garbage (fully my folt, never ask male to unscrew that what is stuck)
Here some pics of what happened.

Metal ridge on shield got off and deadly stuck to a base of atty. Can be from
1) phithical damage (don't remember it happening, but who knows)
2) overwarming of base from chain vaping cost loosing of connection, leaking of juice, which got dry and got it stuck.

But i got to keep drip tip

I have to give you credit for attempting to use the carto tank that came with the QQ. I inspected it the moment I received it and immediately decided that I was not going to use it because I didn't like the design and the fact that I didn't think I could use it with any of my other carto designed equipment. But the QQ was so cheap during the sale, I was only purchasing it for the mech mod portion, so I am not sad.

But you are right, we can still use the drip tip for other things.

I like modes as well, will wait for what ever new sales to buy bunch of them in diffrent colors, i do really like as QQ as KK.

So my Vamo stopped working completely. I've put in an RMA ticket. Waiting on a response. With shipping the product back and waiting on a replacement, I'm thinking the savings may not be worth the frustration.

It barely worked out of the box(lo errors, inconsistent ohm readings). I had it for a week or so and then it just stopped working altogether. The batteries are fine, the toppers are fine. It's just a dud.

The Squape is fine, I use it daily. Just the Vamo is a dud.

I am not being a 'jerk' as you state... I am just being a conscientious consumer, that's all. Since English is your second language your statements are somewhat hard to comprehend correctly. I am not offended in the least!

As I stated... Doris is working with me on this situation. It is just the automated email... which was explained in her second email to me, was somewhat confusing and put me off a little.

No I am not a person who wants something now, now, now as you stated. I just want a proper functioning product.

No one, including myself implied a "soured" relationship first off, I simply conveyed to you how the process of opening a dispute with Paypal in the resolution center works, ... so feel free to put a pause on your arrogant emotionality.

No where in your email did you indicate to Doris that you had already opened a dispute with Paypal "to cover your bases", and being that it is the weekend, she will not be aware of this (if you in fact carried through with it) until Monday. So your last reply, including your email quotes, and Doris's reply to you is a "moot point", most especially in direct response to me, and my prior comment to you.

Good thing for you Doris is honest and upstanding, and knows that there were problems with a few of the Squapes they have sold. You indicated in your email that there is no way to show photo proof of an internal short, but that is not true, you can, as I already described and explained.

My initial reply to you was not combative, it was informative however, you come off very smug, and pompous in all of your comments regarding this situation, and therefore I am not at all interested in hearing any further feedback from you regarding your situation with the Squape .. so please feel free to REFRAIN from posting anything further regarding your matter. I couldn't care less how your "situation" gets resolved.

I got my new toys. Well, really long time ago, just was to busy with them

Private V2 Aluminum + Brass Electronic Cigarette Telescoping Mechanical Mod-Silver + Golden
Great product. Everything works like it supposed too. It did let me know that i do not like aluminum for general for look, but its so lightweight what makes it great to go mod. Will sure get one in brass, really like telescopic type, no need to worry about batteries size + put a kick on it... It made my eyes huge and very around, I had no idea it is possible to get this vaper production. O, lock ring got stuck in unlock position, still researching how to fix it without turning it into a oval)))

Origin Style Brass Electronic Cigarette Mechanical Mod - Golden
I'm in love, i had to mess a bit to adjust a button, so its not loose and has good connection when fire button being pushed. Lock ring works great. The only one problem, I need to get right size of the batteries so i don't have little gap on body. I'll like to see on web of FC recommendation for what batteries to use for mode to get best result + what can go with kick, that's will be such great help to noobs like me. (I'm so clever, went to FT get batteries for this mod, aha, i guess i need flat top, place the order 4 days ago, did look today, ta-da... they with a button, where i was looking...)

Great little dripper. Air holes just 0.5mm not lined up, but it does not effect vape, well for my level of experiences. Really love it and for the price its winner.

Wow Laylel, sounds like Christmas at your house! ... The Private V2 is known for being a hard hitter. The downside of aluminum is that its a softer metal, damages easier, but the upside is that it is a very good electrical conductor, better than brass ... So just treat it care, and don't go all "man" on it *whispers ..like you did the poor QQ**

The Prometheus sounds like a beast! ... Genesis style atomizers are probably the most challenging to build, if you are going to use ss mesh there are a few variables that need to be handled properly so that your build goes well. I don't have a Prommy, but I do have a couple of Genesis styles and I am good with rebuilding them, so if you have questions, feel free to ask ... Don't be afraid to start with a cotton build just to give your self some space to learn the in's and out's of this device .. less risk of blowing yourself up with cotton ;-)
