I'm using the top fill method personally ... I can't be bothered with screws and screwdrivers every time I want to fill up. Just re wicked and refilled 5 minutes ago, changed my juice to blueberry

How many Kayfuns do you have? Do you get the airhole leak from top filling?
I got my 2 from FT & even after Nini's advice it's still underwhelming.

I received a refund from Focalecig today on my PayPal account. This is is regard to the defective Squape clone I received which is/was suffering from internal shorting issues.

No... I did not have to jump through hoops and send videos or 8x10 glossy color photos with circles and arrow with descriptions on the back. (To paraphrase Arlo Guthrie in his ALICE'S RESTAURANT song and movie.)

I just got 2 kayfun clones from fasttech and I am getting the air hole leak from top filling and bottom filling. I can't figure out what is causing it. This is on 2 units so it possibly could be something I am doing wrong. I feel like an idiot

I have only one, a 3.1, and no I don't have any leaking whatsoever from the airhole however, I have notice that when I am breaking down the device to re wick and re fill (which I just did) that a little bit of e liquid came out of the air hole, but again the device was already broken down ... I get zero leakage while vaping, at least thus far.

Perhaps there is an over flow of eliquid entering the chamber while you are drawing on the device ... if there is excessive eliquid in the chamber, meaning more than your wick can handle, it will come out through the air hole.

Try adding slightly more wick to your coil .. emphasis on slightly because you also don't want to over wick and create dry hits ... So far my 3.1 is vaping perfectly, no dry hits, no leaking, and its a very good vape IMO. Very full on flavor, and vapor production.

Thank you. I am glad it finally worked. and to be fair, this one seems like its better than the Tobeco clone i paid literally 3x for... dang my impatience lol. But, I'm vaping GrapeApe from nicoticket. The limited run, and its like im sucking on a grape jolly rancher. its pretty dang nice. Idk if I still prefer my RDAs, but this does have that convenience factor of not messing around dripping when I am driving or at work at my desk and running around like crazy. Thanks all for the advice and help, I cant believe it just magically started working, but I am glad it did.

I just did another full rebuild. and i think its the case of something never works till someone is looking over your shoulder watching.... i dont get it at all. i built it a bunch of times and this time it worked.... i dont get it. but whatever it works now. the blend is 65pg.35vg i think? its grape ape from nicoticket. but now it works so yeah.... engage foot in mouth...

1. Make sure your stack and chimney are TIGHT. If it isn't, it's gonna flood big time out of the air port.
2. Put each outer piece of the tube on one at a time. This prevents any problems when you put the final top with the drip tip on that the chimney goes up into through the o-ring. Again, this will defeat the vacuum if the chimney doesn't set into the o-ring.
3. Make sure your wick is stuffed down the sides and they aren't fluffed up above the air hole in the base.

If you refill it. make sure you put your finger on the drip tip so gravity doesn't start pulling your juice out as you fill and messes up your vacuum.

I have 3 of the same SKU #, the one with Svoe Mesto on it. They've worked great and I wish they were in stock again, dirt cheap price and vapes like a champ. All the other ones are fantastic too, but for $15, these were a huge surprise.

Another tip: Make sure it's clean and you blow out the air and fill channels. (Use canned air, the computer dust cleaner stuff)

Vykos, it kicks ... when you get it working right! I run micros at 1.0 ohms(28 ga. and cotton) and it's the best vape set up I've had yet!

Thank you for your help, i have it at 1.5 ohm right now 28g and cotton, i like it, the only complaint i have is tight draw, but ive been using a iGoW3 with massive air holes so i just have to get back used to it lol. ill have to try a lower ohm coil next, but for now its pretty stellar. and i agree for the price i was very surprised once i got it all working.

One thing I noticed with 3 of the 5 kayfuns I got is the airhole is partially blocked by machining trash. Next time you take it apart, take the 510 connection out and look in the airhole. I would bet there is some trash in there left over from drilling. Once I did that to mine it made a world of difference.

Well, at least you can justify it because you do have a Brass Origin, and you could always "torch treat" the Aqua and give it a nice gold color, which I think would look pretty ... ehhem, I mean handsome

But seriously, torch that baby and it would then match the brass Origin nicely ... there is a tutorial video on youtube for how to torch stainless steel to make it gold.

I just need to find tank what is perfect, what is Aqua but in brass and with golden ring and in 21mm. They got one on FT - brass, but 22mm and silver ring. Dripper not really run around thing, but i love for house (oh boy, i need to buy new purse now, main kinda not gona last to long with all this metal what i carry around)
I can put money if FC can pull Aqua what is right for brass origin they will do great sales

It was just a couple hours ago.

As for me, yes, I am basically new here, at least for posting. Just placed my first order from china today with focal.

Ordered a nemesis, origin, chi you, and the 3 tube caravela set. Also, got two different kayfuns, caravela RBA, squape (the good one), Prometheus, fogger v3, and an aqua. Wanted a Taifun gt, but they're out of stock

So, now the wait begins.

Btw, I used the HKP shipping option, would EMS have been better? Read that HKP CAN be really fast, but had some problems awhile ago. Hope I'm not waiting for months.
