Got the Russians yesterday, cleaned one up, built a 1.2 coil............urgh.........what is this slightly metallic taste? Is it because I did a 1.2 instead of the regular 1.0?
So this Russian doesn't leak, had juice in it over night............switched out the drip tip.............WHAT?!?!?! Metallic taste GONE!

Sometimes drip tips not easy to clean. I use little tooth brush almost lake tooth pick only with brush on end. I hate to clean drip tips cant really see if its fully clean, so go like with teeth - 3 min lol
A quick question for you Focal ecig thread regulars. I placed an order with them via PayPal yesterday and have not received any email notification from them with the exception of the statement that PayPal sent. Is that normal? I wanted to check my order status, but I have no order number......
It is normal.
1. Try to login with you account, click om your e-mail and it will send you to a page with you orders.
2. You can see # of your order in PP pay conformation. # starts from Q3..-something 9-numbers.
I hope one of those works. If not, send request to FC and they will send you your order number (they ask you to provide PP e-mail what payment was sent from)
To add to this, if you didn't create an account, they don't automatically do it for you but you can do so now with your paypal addy and your orders will still appear.

So how does this work? Ordered my big order, three mods and several toppers, on the 18th. As of today, it still says collecting items. My Taifun GT, that I ordered last night, has already shipped.
Only difference is I did HKP with the big order and EMS for the Taifun. What the heck?

Check on every item what you ordered - some of them say - may take 3-7 days to ship. Even if only one item from order is not ready for shipping they will wait on it. But as far as I know (18+7) your order must be shipped not later then 25.03. Something like that. And its suck to wait.
You can contact them and ask to split the order, but its only 3 days anyway, not worth to bother
Everything I ordered, including the Taifun last night, said 3-7 days. Totally cool with that, was just wondering if it normally takes that long.
What were the shipping times listed for the items in your big order?
They run Group Buys fairly often ... I would say maybe at least twice a month? ... each Group Buy runs anywhere from 2 to 7 days depending on the item.
Thanks for letting us know, and I agree with you, a picture should have sufficed, no need to send video as it would not reveal anything further. This is a disappointing response that I will bring to Doris's attention, as I doubt this was her handling ... this sounds like "staff". For a $1 charger you should receive an apology, and replacement.
By "white" I am assuming you mean stainless steel, because there are no white Caravela's ... Yes, I think the Omega RDA would make a very nice pairing with the 18350 Caravela .. but note, that little baby is also fairly hefty at 116grams. It is still lighter than the Maraxus, but it will weight your pocket down none the less. And its also more of a "show piece" than a "beater".
If you are looking for something lightweight, and easy to carry around, then the Astro or the Atom Mods are very good choice. Both are small compared to other Mods, and they are miniscule in 18350 (smaller than the Caravela), yet they are good performers, and would also look good with the Omega.
Well, most items are listed to ship within 3 to 7 days, as the items are pulled from a warehouse, so the bigger order has more pieces to collect (FC shares a warehouse with the parent company Wallbuys). With certain other items, in this case the Taifun, you ordered it as soon as it came into stock, so it went out straight away as there were no other pieces to retrieve to go with it ... not very unusual, but it won't hurt to send an email re: the bigger order just for your own peace of mind, but I am sure all is well.
Just a heads up for the people that bought the polished Caravela.
