I attempted the originally posted recipe and although very good it isn't as close to milk and honey as I would like. (Milk and Honey and Nutz are my all day vapes). After vaping on several bottles of your recipe I was determined to clone this tonight and I think I'm getting close but it is definitely missing something. This recipe has a ridiculous amount of flavors but if anyone else has the supplies and time to give this a shot I'd love to hear their input.

My recipe is 50/50 with 36 mg pg based nic mixed down to 3mg.
I mixed up a14 ml bottle for this test batch

Peanut Butter TFA - 2.5%
Banana Cream TFA - 1%
Sugar Cookie V2 CAP - 2.5%
Marshmallow TFA - 2%
Bavarian Cream TFA - 1.5%
Vanilla Custard CAP - 1.5%
Vanilla Swirl TFA - 1.5%
Caramel Original TFA - 1.5%
Brown Sugar Extra TFA - 1.15%
Acetl Pyrazine TFA - .7%

I just tasted this after a good nights rest with a clean palette and I would have to say that this is the closest I have ever come with a clone. I really hope other milk and honey fans have the supply to try this one out. It is delicious.

**Edit

After comparing the 2 it seems like my recipe has a smidge too much banana. Banana cream can probably be dropped to .5% but tbh I almost like my mix better than the original with the additional banana.

I don't think it necessarily tastes like milk and honey. It's really a flavor that is hard to explain but if I had to try i'd say it almost tastes like the leftover milk from a really good cereal with maybe a hint of banana (I never drink the leftover milk from cereal). It is a sweet vape that has a dark note (almost nutty) to it. A month ago I would have hated this flavor but I recently started enjoying the dessert, custardy vapes and this has since become my favorite.

Interesting. I don't really buy premade juice anymore. It's not really cost effective especially considering that I vape 0 nic. However, when cloning it helps to know what you're supposed to taste. Lol.
Sounds like it would be the milk from a bowl of Golden Grahams or something.
Lately I've been on a custard kick myself. I never thought I'd like custard in a vape as I had a horrible experience with an eggnog vape. It was probably one of the worst juices I've tried. Tasted like I was vaping straight up eggs, pepper and all. Not appealing to me.

Yeah, that is gross. I'm not a huge fan of egg nog but the though of vaping it doesn't sound very appetizing.

It is interesting how our flavor likes and dislikes change throughout our time vaping. My buddy has been making a mix of blueberry extra, raspberry sweet and capellas vanilla custard that I really really like when 2 months ago I wouldn't have been able to stomach such a dessert like vape. I suggest you try it if you really like the custardy vapes.

But now I feel as though I have "cracked the code" and I am super happy that I no longer have to throw down so much money on cosmic fog milk and honey. This clone may not be exact but it provides me with the same experience and flavors that I love about the milk and honey. My new all day vape for sure!

But the actual recipe sounds like this:

I don't mean to beat what possibly may be a dead horse but I wanted to update my recipe for anyone who may give this a shot.

My original post called for 1% banana cream and I initially thought this was too much. After several days steeping the banana definitely toned down a bit and blended nicely with the mix. My 2nd test bottle included .75% banana cream and it seemed to be where I originally wanted to be without the need for steeping. I also noticed today that the caramel shines through a bit too much so I think I'm going to drop it down to 1% on the next mix. So this would be the recipe on my next batch....

Peanut Butter TFA - 2.5%
Banana Cream TFA - .75%
Sugar Cookie V2 CAP - 2.5%
Marshmallow TFA - 2%
Bavarian Cream TFA - 1.5%
Vanilla Custard CAP - 1.5%
Vanilla Swirl TFA - 1.5%
Caramel Original TFA - 1%
Brown Sugar Extra TFA - 1.15%
Acetl Pyrazine TFA - .7%

Just sat down to mix... I'll give this a try. I think the original in this thread was pretty close to it. Missing something but definitely close. TFA PB is strong to my taste, at 2.5% it worries me but I'll give it a shot... As for AP, I am just going to wave the bottle over the mix....lol

Thanks for giving this a shot. The peanut butter is definitely a strong flavor and so is the banana cream but I love them both individually and I think they're even better together. I made this recipe by comparing the smell of the milk and honey with all of the flavors in my inventory, coming up with the current mix of flavors. My ratios could probably use some work but I really enjoy the juice. Then again, taste is subjective. What I get out of Milk and Honey may not be what others get out of it. Whether or not you think it is close to Milk and Honey I do hope you like the outcome. I know I certainly hate wasting supplies.

Just placed my first DIY order last night and THIS is definitely the first recipe I try!
I joined this forum to add my input on this clone and hopefully work with someone who is as interested in perfecting this as I am! Milk and Honey is my favorite ADV (I have like 10 original bottles lying around waiting to be refilled!)
When my first batch is finished I will post my results here both before and after steeping.

Let me know where anyone else is on this amazing vape!

Ok so I didn't care too much for the OP's recipe - well actually I did right after mixing but after like 72 hrs I didn't care for it. I think it was too much peanut butter for me personally. When I 1st started mixing I made some nasty pb mixes.

Anyway I have everything for this except for AP - I realize the amount needed is minute but will it make a difference?

Should it be substituted with something?

Good question. I haven't tried it without the ap so I couldn't really say although I will say that I am not in love with my 2nd and 3rd adjusted recipes. I'm not sure if it's the caramel or the brown sugar but one of them stands out too far in the mix and reminds me too much of boss Reserve by cuttwood which I am not a big fan of. If you mix this up only make a small amount but try my original posted recipe. The banana will mellow out in a few days and I think that was my best mix. It also wouldn't hurt to drop the brown sugar and caramel by a bit.

I have a couple of Fruit Loop blends steeping at the moment. So far they aren't impressive but they had a lot of flavors to them and I use high VG so I'm expecting it to take a while.
I tried both Milk & Honey blends I made a couple weeks ago, both variations of what you posted. Both are good. I think the Peanut Butter may need to be dropped down a tad but that may decrease with steeping. The second one, I used "Honey" from Flavour Art (SUPER strong flavor) and I think it will be good with additional steeping. It's very interesting.

yet another Milk and Honey recipe... pretty close to the last one.

TFA -Banana Cream .8 %
FW-Bavarian Cream 2.5 %
Cap-Caramel 1 %
TFAHoney 1 drop from eyedropper
TFA-Peanut Butter 1.5 %
FW-Sugar Cookie 6 %
TFA-Toasted Marshmallow 3 %
Cap v2-Vanilla Custard 2 %

just mixed and sampled in a dripper. pretty good right off, i'll check it everyday for 2 weeks. due to allergies in the household i omitted the Banana Cream. hoping its not a make or break ingredient.
