Might have know you guys would change the date. Good idea about two Mothers Days. Everyone put your feet up!

Hey....there is my excuse for placing an order......it's mothers day!!! We ARE allowed to spoil ourselves on mothers day! I'm gonna mark every mothers day from around the world on my calendar.....

Happy Mother's day to all mother's in the UK. It think it should be Mother's Day every day. I guess I will have to buy something to celabrate LOL

Thank goodness it is only in the UK that it is Mother's day...When I first read the post I thought oh no...how could I forget Mother's day!

One is enough for my kids.. But I will take two any way! Love me some dinner's out!

You might think so MK but not everything was started in the US. History says it is an old Christian tradition which is why we have it in Lent. It was probably brought to the States with the Mayflower, then you changed it Lol

The first site I went to was wrong..the national holiday was started here in 1914 ..Mother's day.
The Mothering day was started in England in the 1600 or 1700. The Pilgrams refused to continue it so it took a while to restart.

Hey as long as all Mothers get the love they deserve xxx I wonder what Farthers day is all about, we probably just got jealous so they made a day for us too! Seems like there is a day for everything these days.
I can't wait until you have mothers day now so I can wish you all a happy day again. I should have checked before jumping in feet first and making an idiot out of myself. Now I have made myslef look like a right mummys boy Lol.
