Anyone know any good attys for dripping for ego twist?

Can you just attach a drip tip to the top or do you have to have a cart?

You can use a 510 or 306 attie on your Twist. And yes, you can a drip tip with either instead of cartridges, though you will need a specific drip tip for the 306.

I'm guessing the ego-c atty would be best used for dripping on the ego-c twist. Supposedly those attys were pretty awesome for dripping. I've never been a dripper so I can't say for sure though.
