I can never figure out exactly how to link a photo so that it shows up in a post. However, the link below is to a couple of my favorites. I'd love to see what some of you guys are doing.

you would use the img tags to link to photos , what you have to have is the COMPLETE image url, meaning the last part needs to be imgname564.jpg, also the site may or may not allow outside linking due to bandwidth restrictions or whatever. So to insert an image also, the link you provided shows up in picasa as "Sorry that page wasnt found"

Anyway, so to embed or post an image into a post , lets take this toejam and earl image here:

you would use the img tag:

WOW, Jen, phenomenal photo! Learning about photography is half the fun. It's the collecting of equipment that can send you over the edge, though. Kinda like amassing lots of Reos!

Great shot!

You can upload full photos to ECF by adding the

tags. Just replace the ........ with the URL address of the photo.

Example - Take this address http://i1177.photobucket.com/albums/x348/spaceballsrules/DibsinSun2.jpg and add the img tags around it, so

, and remove the spaces. The end result is this....

here is one i took of my buddy early one mornin on the lake. i looked back to see if he was catching any and was amazed at how it looked. I took the pic hoping the picture would catch what i was seeing, the pic is real close to what i seen. If i had a better camera it may have been better, i was using a throw down digital. anyway here it is...

I like these 2 pretty well too. But I'm still frustrated trying to figure out how to get the pic up instead of the link. Miss Della, how did you get that one to upload to photobucket? I've been monkeying around with it trying to pull it out of Picasa and no luck so far.
