Just wait, that's all you have to do. It looks like it is going to fail, it looks like it is hanging up but just wait. It is a long process. My Silver Bullet order yesterday took around four or five minutes of page loading before it completed.

I believe that the layout and fluidity of their checkout system is good enough to accept the long wait-time at the end of the process. They have a good checkout system and whoever coded it for them was a good hire.
If you are having an issue where it is taking too long, open thunderbird, outlook or whatever have you, a new tab and check your emails to see if the order shows up. If it does, then I see no reason that you would have to continue waiting at the screen. They would have got the order at that point.
