I tried Nhalers "drippers". These are the best I've found. The best taste, great vapor and in the 40+ I've bought, no duds.
I have discovered that I don't like the taste cartomizers get after a couple of days, so I use one for approx 2 days and toss them (don't like them after cleaning either). They have jumbo drippers that hold more liquid, but since I'm not using that long, I figure the reg ones are fine. Yes, it's more costly, but not near as costly as cigs are and I breathe better and don't smell like cigs.
Just thought I'd post this for anyone frustrated with trying to find the right cartomizer.
