VG adds vapor along with sweetness.
nothing wrong with it....just some tend to want to stray away...

VG definitely helps produce vapor, but it will also dilute your juices' flavor

Some people will also get a stomach ache if you vape too much as VG can also be used as a laxative.

In any case, different strokes for different folks!!

more volts=more vapor

you just have to find the sweetspot for flavor/control

Well I got my 808 today and it totally feels like smoking except for the exhale. I get a mouthful of nice thick white vapor and I can even "french" inhale but little or no vapor on exhale.

I'm not holding it in that long so, does the carto need to be broken in or what? Maybe it will be better when the batt is freshly charged?

I am considering the passthrough but I really dont sit in front of my computer that much.

As far as VG goes I guess I would have to call Rob and see what he has...

Break in the carto. After a few ...it will produce vapor.
Refilling and you will get some better vapor

It's actually better that there's no inline battery, or else you wouldn't have a 5V device. The passthroughs that have it (like the 510 for example) don't give you 5V, they charge the battery, and the battery delivers the normal 3.7V to your atomizer. *Well, I should say, closer to 4.2V that you get out of a freshly charged battery

Also Rob, I noticed that on your site it says not to use these with a wall charger, but unless there's something special about these that I don't know about, that's probably not accurate. The real problem is current - most wall chargers will only give you around 0.5A which won't power a cartomizer (or any other atomizer for that matter). Even some computers can't put out enough current to properly run this at 5V, depending on the type of computer you have and the amount of devices plugged in to your USB hub. I haven't tried it, but many people swear by these USB power adapters that deliver a full 2A of current which should have no problem with the passthrough, and it's cheap as hell:

I didn't know that a true 5v passthrough even existed for the 808. I think I'll throw one on my next order

Edit - if someone does buy that power adapter and use their passthrough in it, don't plug anything in to the second port!

Yup stomp....I am one of those who swear by these. I have 2 of them now. They power the Kr808 really good. Full 5V of power at 2Amps. I told Rob about these a month ago.

On a side note I just got another guy from Minnesota to place an order, he liked my 808 and ordered the same model/color. So now I am 1 for 2 for on the cards I passed out.

I'm having bad luck with the manual. My first passthru stopped working after 4 days - the new one I got to replace it worked a few hours then stopped cold dead.

I've used automatics with no problem. I am using that wall charger - do you think that could be the problem?

I cannot say about any other products reliability, but
if your 808 PT is not working, make sure you are pressing the button
firmly. Try unplugging it and put it back in.

If it does not work and you ordered it from GP, let me know, I will take care of it.

That is a possibility.
FOr neck pain, I m,ight be lost there. But it is possible that you are using new muscles to take the draw/drag.
Maybe a quick search will find the answer, also there is a hhealth section here on ecf, and I think I did see that symptom before.

Just joined to day, and also new to vaping!!!! I'm also not sure it this is in the right spot for this question, but, I recently brought a Vapor King 501 from electroniccigarettesinc.com, Vapor King Series : Electronic Cigarettes Inc. I mistook this model for the Vapor 4 Life VaporKing model. Then I brought a whole damn bunch of cartomizors from V4L, only tolearn that they did not fit on the damn battery!!! Just wondering if anyone know where I can obtain an adapter so Ican vape da cartomizors withmy 501 model? Thanks

cause neck pain in the back of the neck.
but im still getting the nicotine.
