Just placed an order for 2 different strength menthols from backwoods brew. It's my first time ordering from there, but I consistently see that website get mentioned for making exceptional products. I'll let you know what I think once it arrives and once it steeps.

You can never go wrong with BWB. I don't think I have tried a juice from there that I didn't like.

I'll jump in with a few cents.. NHaler's Nuport is excellent as are the Halo products. I LOVE the halo products, particularly Truepure.
The Menthol Ice carts for the Volt (Smokeless Image) are not bad, but I would equate them more to a minty gum type of taste. Its grown on me, but may not be the best for starting out as an analog replacement...
Nuport from NHaler was the menthol that got me off the real menthols when I started..

V4L is showing this menthol sampler with wide choice of strengths:
Vapor4Life- Electronic Cigarette: Vapor King Cartomizers Virginia Menthol Dunhall Menthol Kamel Menthol Menthol Parlament Menthol

If you want straight menthol to plus-up stuff, crystals do work but can be hard to use consistently. I recently picked up a bottle of menthol liquid from void mist (the perfumers apprentice, other places, also sell it), whipped up a bottle of menthol tobacco yesterday, results were good.

+1 about nhalers nuport. First juice I vaped and still vaping it. I'm surprised since we must have similiar tastes that I'm not a fan of TruePure.

I have been vaping for a little over 2 weeks now. And, I haven't had an analog in 12 days!! I was a menthol smoker for 25 years. Urgh!! Seriously....way too long.

I have 2 different menthol juices on hand (from 2 different suppliers). One actually taste "just like" what I used to smoke. BUT - after vaping with flavors I really can't stand the menthols - right now anyway.

I read that newbie vapers probably will do better with heavier juice flavors and that is true for me. I purchased Killa Vanilla and filled my eGo-T with 3/4 vanilla and 1/4 menthol. (maybe 2/3 and 1/3)? I enjoy it a lot.

My eGo Mega DUal Coil Cartomizers came this week so for the past 24 hours I have been vaping with Vanilla/Pina Colada mix. Oh - I like it a bunch!!

Long story short -maybe pick up a vanilla and mix with the menthol. Your wife may be surprised how much she really doesn't need a full flavor menthol to begin with?

I ordered from Kick Bass this week (oh hurry please and ship)! Vanilla - OMG and Waffles. Can't wait to try!!

Good Luck!! Why would anyone not want to vape?!?

I've heard great things about Halo e-liquid. For plain menthol their Menthol Ice seems to impress a lot of people. The Malibu menthol is really popular as well...it's like a pina colada wrapped up in a menthol flavor. ECF members get 10% off using coupon code ecften and small sample bottles cost 4.99. Their liquids also have a born on and expiration date as well as a lot number...all American made in a lab.

Here is a video I found on youtube of someone trying Halo's menthol ice for the first time...

I like the JC Red Oak Wisconsin Frost. It is more mint than menthol, very smooth, and reminds me of the peppermint/vanilla butter mints my grandmother used to make. I have some Backwoods Brew Menthol Tobacco steeping in the humidor and hope it lives up to its good reputation. The BWB tobacco flavors all taste like burning paper to me when fresh, but improve dramatically with time.

While you are hitting up sites for free samples, try the Vermillion River Minnesota Menthol. This is one NOT overpowering like a lot of the menthol's out there. It has a great combination of tobacco and menthol flavor. Even the tobacco portion has a complex flavor to it.

Key in FREESAMPLE in the coupon code. They will also give you a free 4.5ml sample with every purchase.

Just ordered 2 different strengths of their juice. Excited to give it a shot.

Well, OP, as you can see.....you have gotten quite of few suggestions as to what menthol to try.
But these suggestions are all subjective to what "tastes good" to that particular person.
I was a 35 + year menthol smoker and when I started vaping....getting the right "juice" was by
far the largest obstacle to overcome.
The perfect menthol vape juice.....for me....was not out there.
I tried well over 25 or so brand name
juices, all toooooo strong of a taste, vicks rub taste, and just pure jucky taste in most of what I tried.

But I was determined. I kept trying, mixing, ordering, trying, mixing up different combos, etc.
Most menthols...are way to mentholy (?) and not enough tobacco flavor. What I read here, is that alot
of the seasoned menthol vapers, have used cinnamon as part of their menthol blend.

So I tried that. And it worked.

I have now settled into MY perfect mix.
1/2 Pure Smokers....either "Fire & Ice....or "Firecracker" (both cinnamon type flavor but NOT overpowering)
and 1/2 Johnson Creek Domestic Tobacco (Red Oak line all VG)
To that I add a few drops of straight PG (too much PG drying my face, skin etc. out)

I have been on this "mix" for several months....and love it.

So perhaps give a cinnamon mix with a tobbaco flavor added a try.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did not give up finding the "perfect" mix.
As you can see by my sig, I am now into my 8th month.....NO ANALOGS!

I feel soooo much better.....breath sooooo much better......lost the cough, found "smell"
again and many many more benefits that changing to vaping has helped me with.

So my moral to my long story is......don't give up. She is so lucky to have someone like
you giving her support and help along the way.

What works for some, may not work for others. Taste is very subjective to each of us.

Keep up the good work, for both of you!

Realistically, you'll move off cartridges sooner than you think. Cartridges absolutely suck. It took me a week of fiddling with them before I discovered how much better using cartomizers on mods are to use.

Menthol in cartridges sometimes sit pre-filled in their packaging for a LONG time, so they aren't always fresh. The forum vendors here often mix up fresh liquids right when you order them.

I wasn't a menthol smoker but menthol juice is my main vape. I buy the Chinese menthol from Madvapes and it is best I've found for me and I've been using it for over a year. The price may make it taste better for me at 10.99 for 50 ml. I've paid three times that for menthol most mentioned already that were not as satisfying as Madvapes chinese menthol.
