Foreign Grown Tobacco?

Seeing as how anything with any relationship to anything vaping has to have that label on it that it's nicotine-containing when in any other country that would be called false advertisement I wonder how the US government is going to manage that one because literally it says it on everything so how are they going to know what a filled pod is versus a refillable pod when they all say that they have nicotine in them as does every flipping other thing. Literally in most other countries this labeling would be a huge issue because it falsely claims to have something in it that it does not. I wonder how many people who were new to this tried to use a product with no juice in it because it said it already contains nicotine and they thought that meant it already contained ejuice

CNT Nicotine is grown and processed in Switzerland so it would be foreign. Some of the Chinese Nicotine is processed from American Tobacco so it would also be foreign. Best just to ask.
