forgot e juice vendor -- help!

The other day I came across a e juice vendor I was going to try but I forgot the name! It was a cheap supplier and he offered a sampler where you can choose 7 flavors for like 12 or 13 dollars. He also had a banner saying it could take 5-7 days before orders are processed. I came across his forum here and that's how i found him.

Any ideas??
