I'm new to the forums here. I have a pretty good idea how to get around to the proper area, but not 100%.. Also when I post a thread or comment is there a way to track it, or be notified when somebody comments or replies? By email notification or when I log back in ecf? Thanks for helping and understanding!

Check up toward the top for a tab named "What's New?", then click "My Posts", it'll show you everything you've posted and you can tell if there's any unread replies, not necessarily replies to YOUR comment, but newer posts in the thread.
