I found some "dental brushes" for cleaning in between your teeth. Works great to clean gunk off atomizer coils. Really tiny and bendable to an angle. Just dry burn, brush and everything is gone!

Welcome to ECF, and thanks for the great tip! I love these little dental brushes for their intended use, but never thought about using them on coils. I have a whole bunch of heads waiting to be cleaned, so will definitely give this a try!

They sell them cheap at CVS in the states and they are better AFTER using them on your teeth cause they get smaller!!!
Great idea! I actually did this the other day with a regular old toothbrush. Helps break up the gunk.

Because I Don't think a Brush is going to work too well on a Filler-Type Carto.
I always do a dry burn after each tank...I use Vivi atomizer heads. Rinse in hot water, let dry, burn for about 10 sec. till coils let off smoke and start to turn red. Where coil is not red and has some "gunk" on it, use little brush. Then dry burn again and make sure all coils turn red. Great vape every time!!
If you do it right, it really does help to remove old crud.
I, however, quit doing it.

I get so involved at staring at the red hot coil that I over burn and it ends up burnt to death.
You don't have to Dry Burn.
But it is the Last Line of Defense when Rinsing, Soaking, Brushing, etc. does work.
For me. I have nothing to Lose doing a Dry Burn. Because at that point, I have done Everything Else. And if the Dry Burn Doesn't Work, ie Pop the Coil, that I'm going to Toss the Clearo/Atty away Anyway.
NOTE: You Can Not Do a Dry Burn on a Filler-Type Cartomizer.
I do have a VV, so after they seem spent(I use my vodka soak right now over night)..and let them dry, then I would just push the button with my empty cartridge on a couple times..is that correct
I bought a huge pack at CVS that are the plastic bristle type for my son..they are the kind of bristle brush floss that you use when you have braces. I think I got around 50 in the package for about $8. I think those would work good and I think would even fit down most of the tube.

I had wandered into a medical supply shop not to long ago and thought why didn't I do this sooner. Anyway great advice I wish I would have thought of it thanks for the post.
