Found a new local Vape shop.

So I was on my way home from taking the wife and kids to dinner and found a brand new vape shop less than a mile from home. I dropped of the family at home then headed straight back to check out the new shop. They carry almost 200 flavors of ejuice. They sell their own brand of around 160 flavors and a bunch of hangsen flavors. The owner was really cool and we shot the .... while trying out about 30 differ flavors. He had several mods, egos, etwist, and passthrough systems to try out. He also had everything from a ce2 to x10 tank, protank, and many other delivery methods to try out. I ended up buying a pro tank, an x10, and a vivid nova along with another 4 bottles of juice.

I love the local shops. You can actually "try before you buy" on a lot of things. Online you get better prices but for the most part your taking a chance of not liking what you get.

I always prefer to keep my money local. I'm usually willing to spend a little more if I know that I'm going to get good service and not have to wait for items to be shipped. I do order online more than I would like to but Brick n Mortar shops are always my first choice.

It's good to support your local businesses! Hopefully more shops will open in Denver so the markups can come down a little.

I also hope that Denver gets some more shops. I've only been to Vapor Leaf and been pleased with everything except the limited hours and long lines. The good news is that they are moving to the other end of the strip mall they are in and said it will be 3 times the space and they should be expanding their hours.

Kaiser Bob, what stores have you shopped at in Denver that you've been pleased with ?
I also like to support local business' and also like the instant gratification of driving home with my purchases. I'm sure I will also explore some web based vaping sources that folks here have recommended. But for now, I'm staying local.

The good news is that they are moving to the other end of the strip mall they are in and said it will be 3 times the space and they should be expanding their hours.

I live in the Glendale area so I haven't been to vapor leaf yet. I have been to Vaper Tech on Hampden which is a decent store overall, CO esmokes which is a total joke and Vapor Lake by DMV which was not terrible but mostly evod kits and juice. There is a place called High Voltage vapes around there but haven't been there yet either.

I just found a new B&M here too. I have not had a chance to go check it out yet though, can't wait to get out of work so I can go stop in and see if it's any good! I'm a little worried it will be a bunch of starter kits and Chinese made juice ... can't tell from the outside ...

Well, there's good news and bad news ... The good news is that they are not a starter kit and Chinese juice shop. The bad news is that they are WAY over priced! They have about 80 or so flavors of juice, so in a pinch I have a place to get some. All the hardware is about a 25% markup over what you would pay online normally. For example, a Protank 3 is $25 ... ...??? I can get it almost anywhere for $17-$19 range, including my favorite place http://www.vapedojo.com. They did have a really cool looking steampunkish Altoids Tin DNA20 mod though ... Their FB page said $300, guy behind the counter said $350 ... again ... ...???

Anyway, for an emergency they will do ... close to home and easy to get to.

Love B&M, but the ones in this are seemed to be focused on smokers wanting to quit with entry level products.

One local store claims to make their own juice but won't sell PG, VG, or flavors. What's up with that?

There are currently 3 going on 4 in January vape shops in the Redlands California area. Vapornautz, Alternative Vapors (the 2 I highly recommend) Vape Plus (which I wouldn't recommend at all) and opening in January is The District, which will be a vapor lounge as well as a beer and wine bar.

Sounds like you found a great local B&M. One on one, and a hands on approach,

I stopped in at another local shop the other day on S High street in Columbus. It was called VaporStation. Some prices seemed quite high while other things were a decent deal. Busy little shop ran by a bunch of college kids. Service was ok and selection was pretty good.

My only complaint is that the x10 tank I bought leaked/flooded bad from the start. Upon further inspection I noticed that the coil had virtually no wick. Only a few hairline strands of wick. It was also missing the spare coil in the box. I probably won't be doing much more buisness with them. Mainly because "Poor Boys Vapor is right around the corner and the service there is unbeatable.

With my local go to shop, the younger sales man that works there is the saving grace. Very informative and accommodating. Prices are usually better online, but playing the waiting game can be frustrating. That's why I learned to always have backup devices/batteries/chargers/heads and tanks.

I buy all my Juice from Poor Boys Smoke, Very smooth and flavorful. Also to anyone In the southern part of ohio, near kings island. They also have a shop in traders world on the weekends where you can get a killer deal on your juice. I love their stuff, cool to deal with also.
