If you're looking for a brick and mortar shop in Seattle that sells ecigs, try this place:

It's just a mini mart, but they have they have Joye kits from Totally Wicked, plus a bunch of disposables (including a rechargable 510 one for $8) and Imperial brand cartridges and liquid ($6/5ml)

There's also a smoke shop on 15th Ave NW & NW 80th that has Blu kits for $50-something.

Thank you so much for this! I've found a few places in Lower Queen Anne, but they're rather overpriced, and the Totally Wicked kit I bought there (Tornado-T) died (actually, the batteries got so hot while charging I had to use a potholder to pick them up), and the store won't refund. Won't be returning there.
