And?

What do you plan to do with that battery? I hope your plans were not to use that battery in a mod.

It is a protected ICR Li-ion battery, so it is not a high-drain, safe-chemistry battery. I don't know the C-rating for that particular battery nor it's amp limit in continuous discharge rate, but typical ICR batteries only have a 3 amp or less amp rating, regardless of the mAh rating.

You want a high-drain, safe-chemistry IMR battery in the 26650 size.

For a Seigeli 20 watt

Rechargeable Lithium-ion 26650
UBR
Overview
OVERVIEW

This is a lithium-ion rechargeable 26650 protected-cell battery. Its capacity is 3900mAh and its voltage rating is 4.2V when fully charged. The only charger we carry that is compatible for charging this battery is our 4Sevens Single-Bay Smart Charger. With our smart charger, the 26650 battery should be charged at the 4.2V and 1A settings.=== will this be OK i I found a test review safe to 5 amp. Is that safe for a 20 watt Mod

Not in my opinion. As stated earlier, you want a high drain battery that has at least 10 amps. 30 amps would be better.
