    Nothing in there on vaping just patches. IDK.

    France does seem like the type of place where like if a sin is found to have virtues, well, they're like "sorry, you gotta take the good with the bad and life as it comes."

    Or perhaps they are hoping to like drum up some inadvertent smokers who start from fear of death which is also rather Gallic so who KNOWS.


    This virus in general is brining out the super weird in people.
