If this is true, it's good news for France and Europe.
However, it seems the report only provides guidelines to be considered and further action is required by the French Ministry of Health to make sure TPD won't strangle innovation and growth of e-cigs.
I couldn't find anything else on this. Why aren't there any huge headlines in the Guardian or at least Daily Mail?
