Yes, let me clarify that I only purchased Liqua e-Liquid, as far as their hardware I don't have any first hand experience but I have read reviews that were favorable here on ECF.

That's why I said to be careful when ordering. I looked at their eGos, they are all cheap knockoffs. That doesn't mean that they are necessarily bad, but I want new vapers to be aware that they are not getting a genuine product and thus taking a risk.

To be fair, any time youre using li-ion batteries you have that risk. I did a fair amount of research on batteries before purchasing and the PCB Trustfires actually hold up pretty nicely in a few independent tests.

I dont use them much now though; they cant seem to be able to handle the amp im putting out. The PCB switches on me when i try to milk too much power out of them.

And with regards to knockoffs, i feel i should emphasize Katya's point that knockoffs do not necessarily mean bad. In some cases they are actually better than the original - im not kidding or just saying, people who own both have made such comments.

"Knockoffs" usually just mean they copy a design or concept and mass produce. Nowhere in this process is it inherent that quality will drop. Just have to know how to pick your spot.

AFAIK, many of them are made in the same factories as the originals...

But it's a crapshoot. Some knockoffs are really bad.

I don't like to take chances with by batteries. Joyetech is a good company and offers 6-month warranty on their batteries.
