freedom smoke usa can not alter vg/pg on some juices

After viewing a few posts I thought i would visit Freedom smokeUSA and started loading up the cart with 10ml hopscotch, 10ml apple pie and wanted to try a sample of orange cremcicle as well, but i noticed that on the hopscotch and orange creamcicle there is no option to alter the pg/vg amounts. They are set at 50/50. Some people's reviews on hopscotch posted that it was better with more PG. but the site will not allow for the alteration. Is that because the site feels that the mix is best at the preset blend??
