Edit: Problem solved and I'm an idiot.
The actual problem was the tip was missing on the bottles it wasn't actually stuck inside the cap like I thought.

I've never seen this. But I would try a toothpick.

I've had this issue with several vendors as well. I just slam the cap on a table and the tip usually comes out.

try taking a needle and poking a hole from the top =O then cover it with a pc of tape lol worth a shot

I have a pair of needle nose pliers that I keep in my supplies box for this and other reasons.

When I order from FSUSA, it is usually in 120ml bottles, and I have several of them, so this is not a problem, but I have seen this on several of the empty bottles that I order from various suppliers. I just pull them out with pliers.

it's odd because we have sold over 40 thousand bottles or so and first time we ever heard of it. i would just use hemostats or needle nose pliers

Tried needle nose pliers and won't work. It looks like a bad batch of caps. After looking closely the bottom of the tip is bigger than the opening at the bottom of the cap. I will just go to the dollar store and buy some new bottles and pour it in them.

I had that issue with bottles I've purchased and attempted to clean and reuse. Not FSUSA's but from several vendors. It's been that either I didn't punch that puppy down far enough but the primary issue was attempting to put a tip on a bottle it didn't come with. So I learned the hard way not to do a massive cleaning of 50 or so different bottles at once.

Talk about frustrating, try figuring out which tip came with which bottle. I just throw them in the recycle bin when they are empty now.

I had one of those little sample bottles and was going to fill a new carto with the juice.
Squeezed, and squeezed, and squeezed, scraped the top with my thumbnail and squeezed some more ... and nothing.
My nose was getting red.
So I put on my glasses and looked at it.
That's when I unscrewed the cap and after that the juice came out real good.
