I made a big order 20 some bottles (granted alot of them little samplers) of juice and some random hardware--backup atomizers etc. over $100.

submitted on 2/19/2011 track and confirm on 2/20 no action since on the USPS tracking site. Usually the usps is pretty spot on in telling me where my orders are--stuck in snow, at the local post office etc. So far no activity showing other than the intent to ship notice (below)
I have read elsewhere that sometimes the USPS misses the boat and the stuff arrives a couple hours later but its getting on thursday and not a sign. We are talking AZ to CA here.

have emailed David a couple of times just to get a status report...no answer. I'm not super worried--just running out of my all day vape and resorting to some pretty shaky flavors which sounded just like what i like to vape but taste way off...(no other vendor names here right...stick to the single vendor customer service deliery question..)
basic question:
when will this stuff ship? Sarcastic side noted: was presidents day a blow out event like chinese new year ... is there bad weather in AZ i haven't heard of... does usps play this way in certain states...is FSUSA on vacation--out of stock... did i order too many different items and that holds up the whole order because they are each indivudually hand mixed by david himself...

i guess the new rule is only the vendor can chime in--if i want other member feedback should i just post in regular forums?

actually a phone call makes things go alot smoother trust me.
from time to time there are supply issues, flavourart is in italy and they moved into a new factory which slowed things down even more and a few items are taking longer to get then normal. add on top of that the specials we have been running to help folks save money and things will get bottled up.
We are working hard every day to make sure supply problems are non-existant but we are dealing with foreign countries so on a rare occasion things get slowed down beyoned our control.
I do reply to all emails no matter how big or small. and at times one of our girls will do them for me to keep up.
Not everyone gets the email, we get emails bounced back, we get them undeliverable because of spam controls etc.
Truthfully, if someone is not hearing from us call us, it is free for you and easy for us. We do care and are here to help make this as easy as possible

I think i pretty clearly asked that they ship the menthol juice asap.
I called the 800 number last night and left a message.
This morning i received this reply:

I checked into your order, and it actually looks like both the peppermint flavor and the peppermint premixed are backordered. If you would like you can wait until we receive the flavor in (which should be soon, it is already on route from our supplier), if not, you can change them out for different flavors (as long as they are in stock) or we can issue a store credit for the backordered items as a refund. Please let us know what you would like us to do. Thank you -Kristen
My response sent today:
Please ship all available items IMMEDIATELY. If you are out of stock of an item that is no reason to hold up the order.
Please advise as to shipping date asap. I will also post to the ECF suppliers forum and PM the contact there.​

Called 800 number again 8:25 PST. I got a live person (apparently working from home) who did not have access to computer but reiterated they were back ordered from Flavour Art on flavors. No response to the question as to whether an entire order is held if one flavor (out of 20) is missing. Says order (and all back orders) will be filled tomorrow.

the live person is usually always me. and yes at tiimes i work from home, can't be at the office 24/7 or the kids will forget who I am.
You order is done and processed and on it's way to you.
Even as big as we are we can't control ingredients from flavourart, their moving into a new factory at the start of the year threw everything out of whack.
We apologize to anyone who was affected and we tend to throw some freebies in to make up for the difference.
Enjoy your fsusa liquids, we use only the world's finest ingredients and unfortunately at times that will mean some key ingredients get hard to get from time to time.

Confirmation email received today. 9:52 a.m. Thanks As you can tell i am anxiously awaiting my supplies (Shall i say jonesing) thanks for your prompt response to my inquiries--and even in withdrawal agony i wouldn't call you at home at midnight on purpose. the website does say call at anytime...

complete order (over 20 items) present and accounted for.

After the initial glitch--out of stock from flavour art I got timely information on my order. I did get an irate call back from David who felt i had not been completely courteous with Pamela when she picked up the phone late at night at home. I wouldn't rule that out--I started out the conversation as i would when I call at&t when my internet goes down--cold-formal-persistent. When i couldn't find out if the policy was that if one item is out of stock if the entire order is put on hold--i said i would post here. That could be construed as threatening considering that this is i think literally a mom and pop business. But the stuff in the box looks good and will take me a while to work through--I like the fact that the clear flavors look clear--good sign-- i have gotten some pretty cloudy stuff from other vendors
Now to get down to vaping/tasting using this handy pre-de-bridged atty.
