I made my first order from fsusa couple of days ago. They emailed me informing they are mixing my juice and soon on the way. Got a tracking order within hours. If you ask me thats grrreat service. Try getting that from some big box company.I love small companies. I only comment because I've heard so much about wyatt juice that I had to try some. I can't wait to vape some.

I don't have a problem with the product being returned; ........... But I do think it's wrong that the customer had to pay for the shipping. ............

^This, plus vaping something a customer sent back is somewhere between crazy/nasty, unless you happen to know them personally.... really well.

For the record, there's an entire section of the ECF forum for PIF and another for trading/sales of juices and samples. I don't think they're crazy, and don't think Dave is either.

PIF and trading\sales is totally different than buying juice from a supplier. People knowingly exchange open bottles and used juices in the former. Paying customers expect their juices to be in new condition and free from possible contamination. I have spent money with this supplier and have vaped their juices so have every right to know the following:

Are the returned juices recirculated?
Are there procedures in place to ensure that they're not?

The last time I asked these questions I was slammed by other members, (called paranoid, accused of "alerting" the FDA and trying to ruin someones company). I assume that it will happen again as that tends to be the MO around here when questioning a supplier....no matter how legitimate the question or concern.

definitely a legitimate question, i think it is more in the form it is being asked.
of course we don't "recirculate" juices. Anyone who knows even the least about us knows we care too much about our buyers to have them sit around and "worry" about wether or not we, or any other dealer for that matter would recirculate juices.
Even suggesting such a thing disparages the folks you are suggesting it about.
Having said that, like I said, it is more about how you present the question, as to how you go about getting the answer :)
I take no offense to your question and you have your answers. But just the fact that someone feels the need to even ask it in an open forum such as this one tends to leave the feeling of somoeone trying to damage someone else's reputation...

Thank you...that is all I wanted to know. It really was a simple question.

I never said anything bad about FSUSA...in fact, I have praised your customer service in several threads. I became concerned when you made the statement about vaping returned juice. I was worried that someone who was comfortable enough to vape returned juice would be just as comfortable recirculating it. You would not do this but that's not to say that other suppliers would feel the same way...and I would ask them the same question.

Thank you for following up.

Hey Edwv30, you really should read the entire thread. Your "questioning" seemed more like an accusation. I think I am one of the "slammers" you are referring to, when I simply said "give me a break"

Did you happen to ask David and Pam directly what their policy is on re-using liquids returned to them? I do not think so. You put a question out there that insinuated that a certain company could be re-using/ reselling those juices.

I agree that you may be one that should not vape at all. You may be a very nice guy, concerned what goes into your body, but the fact is, you never know what company is actually putting rat poison in their e-juice just to mimick some of the chemicals found in analogs.

I wonder if the OP ever got this resolved, and I wonder if he got a freebie to make up for the cost of shipping.

Cheers

it's cool folks. I only mentioned I vaped returned juice because it cam back from very good friends whom I trusted. most companies doon't take juice back. heck probably all of them. trust me when I say, we are meticulous about our juice, would never recirc anything, i would rather throw it away first :)

sgtdisturbed47, here's some more inspiration for ya..

I received 30ml of the wrong juice one time from GoodProphets, he didn't require me to pay for his mistake by going through the hassle and expense of sending it back so that he could smoke it, instead, he immediately sent me the correct juice plus another 10ml as a gift.

I recieved my first ever order from Goodprofets today and wow I got a 30ml bottle of juice free, thats great customer service/

I'm gonna vape your wyatt earp bro it is my all time fav vape. yeah we don't take returns normally because of the whole health thing but hey, this is my wyatt we are talking about :)
so glad you got your stuff in hand, on occasion we will take a fluid back and send something else out but we usually throw it out and absorb the costs associated with that. As long as you are decent to us you get the same in return. We are a family run company, our children learn from us and who we are. So yeah, we don't normally take returns but hey menthol in a bottle that was supposed to be non-menthol is not good. I actually like wyatt earp menthol on occasion, it is crisp and clean which is different then what I normally vape, so I be dripping. Happy Vaping bro :)

Mmmm....think I might need to try the Wyatt Menthol on me next order.
