I just wanted to post about my first ever visit to a vaping store. 
I was out in Vail AZ, visiting my BFF and soul sister and we were talking about e-cigs. She said there was the really cool store in Tucson, so one day we went and checked it out. The staff was totally awesome! They answered all the questions we had- and I'm sure some of there were extremely dumb (at least in their eyes 
)
We were able to try 5 different flavors each (altho we actually tried each others' choices too), and we both walked out of there with the Ego-T set up, which is actually 2 e-cigs and several different flavors each.
Since then, I've placed one order for more juices and drip tips and I was pleasantly surprised to have the delivery so fast! It actually only took 3 days from order placement to arrival at my home!!
I have also written them several questions about different issues, and I've always gotten a reply within 12 hours of my email!!
This to me is extremely awesome!
There are so very very few stores (both brick and online) that have decent customer service, it is a pleasant experience to find one! FreedomSmokeUSA has my business from now on! So guys, if you ever check into this forum, KUDOS TO YOU ALL!!!
