The Pod mod GEMM 25w of FreeMax: Gemm 25W Pod Kit | FreeMax is a very light and comfortable starter kit to hold in your hand, it is suitable for both MTL vaping and vaping Restricted Flavor, its built-in 1,300Mah battery has an indicator with four charge levels and allows you to select three different power steps.

The white and blue packaging of my sample shows on the front the image of the GEMM 25W, under the brand name (top left) there is the icon that recalls the use of cotton with tea fibers for the coils mesh, on the right under the diamond-shaped logo with the GEMM inscription included, we find vertically four circles containing the salient features of the kit, namely:

The central cup has a floating pin, the mod is built to accommodate 22mm atomizers, but as it is shaped and connected at the top it is possible to install atom up to 25mm without overflowing from the central body.
On the bottom of the mod we have a vent hole for the battery.

The Gemm body is made of plastic material, therefore it is very light.
The oval shaped Fire button is comfortable and clicky, the display with a black background has a good readability, the micro USB socket is located at the bottom and allows charging while keeping the device standing.
The decoration on the opposite side (central photo) is adhesive.
The remaining sides (Third photo) have cross recesses with good tactile feedback, also useful for obtaining good grip.

The Disposable Plastic Tank adopts resistances equipped with FreeMax CoilTech 3.1 technology, the coils are made of SS904L military grade steel and adopt the exclusive breathable tea fiber cotton. According to FreeMax, the two NS Mesh coils included in the kit (1.0 ohm and 0.5 ohm), withstand 10-20 refills without effort, outperforming the competition in terms of flavor.

I was very happy to send FreeMax two more spare tanks, this time of transparent color.

How does it work:

To turn on / off the mod, just 5-Click on the fire button

Our Gemm 25w automatically reads the resistance that we are going to use, we can then select the 3 power steps simply by clicking on the fire button, the power levels are combined with a color: soft / red, medium / blue, high / green, below the watts that will be supplied according to the coil that we will use.

During the vape we can always check the selected power step and the remaining battery level, in the charging process the 4 levels (25-50-75-100%) light up in turn, when the charge is complete the LEDs go off.

Multiple levels of protection and security are what you would expect from much more complex and expensive mods than this.

Final thoughts
I took a look at various Chinese shops and I saw that the FreeMax Gemm 25w is still in pre-order, you can take it home even with less than 20 euros if you have some discount code, the disposable tanks come sold in packs of two, both MTL 1.0Ω and DTL 0.5Ω at around 5-6 euros, the kit works very well and I consider it very suitable to start but also very comfortable as a "forklift" to be placed next to another, for the transport is absolutely comfortable, takes up little space and is very light, the battery is well managed and has a good autonomy, it can also be recharged quickly enough, by clicking the fire you immediately notice a noticeable push, no delay is felt, the answer is clicked it's instantaneous (I like it very much).
The delivery with the 0.5Ω coil even seems to push beyond the 25w declared, it has a really good yield and the vaporization is perfect. Even the Mtl coil works well and is very aromatic, to appreciate a sufficiently contrasted shot in Mtl style you must close the air adjustment ring completely or almost otherwise it also works in flavor, like the other also this vaporizes very well without any spitting or condensation phenomena.

The disposable tanks I promote it with flying colors (as had already happened with those of the Gemm 80W) the combination of cotton and tea fibers really seems to be the strength of FreeMax, the Gemm 80w coils then confirmed an excellent durability , these of the Gemm25w also promise well on this side.

The heat level transferred by the device or the disposable plastic tanks is zero even after heavy and compulsive use.

I would say a very smart and cheap mod, absolutely recommended.
