Hello folks and welcome to the next device review in the Rexa family of pod devices from Freemax. Today's review covers the Rexa S that houses a 1300MaH internal battery with a maximum power output of 30 watts. The Rexa S is a stick styled device that has a hidden display screen that becomes visible when the fire/adjustment button is pressed, vaping or charging the device.There is adjustable airflow and wattage with adjustment increments of.5 watts. This can be used for MTL or RDL vaping.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS


As the other rexa units were packaged the Rexa S follows suite having very simple packaging. Picking the device up I liked the weight of it being not a brick or featherweight but sitting nicely in the middle.

I really like the light Blue color and the Orange fire/adjustment button, the 2 colors go well together. This is a very streamlined looking device with front being button free, the Fire/ adjustment button is side mounted with the USB-C charge port being on the other side.

The backside houses the airflow adjustment control which is a slider style, resistance is good at staying where you set it. The Rexa S has a flat bottom and can be stood up, because of it's lighter weight I would lay the device down preventing accidental knock overs.

The sliding fill port cover works great but being only 2ml it fills up quickly and also tends to be a juice hog. With the pod attached to the device it's impossible for the sliding cover to open. Pods connect using magnets an they are pretty strong having very little play when connected.

At the bottom of the Pod is the OHMS load and recommended wattage range of the coils in the Pod. I would love to see a 4ml Pod offered in the future because these Pods are always thirsty requiring frequent fill ups. I also wish there was less tinting on the Pod itself making it easier to view juice.

There is a really sharp feature that is the hidden display screen that is bright and vivid with color. I had a very hard time getting a picture for yo because of the refresh rate on my camera, I must have taken 20 or so photos before this one was acceptable, the real image is much better.

FINAL IMPRESSIONS


I have been pleased with the performance from the Rexa S as all other Rexa devices I've reviewed so far, I have 3 more Rexa devices yet to review. Freemax has always put out great devices and Coils and Pods that produce fantastic flavor and I can tell you there still at it, the device is simple and easy to operate and the Pods really pop with flavor and for me I don't even have to start at the minimum wattage for great flavor as I vape these Pods below the minimum and love them. I would like to thank Tina and Freemax for providing the Rexa S for my review and thank you to all that read my reviews.
