Freemax re-proposes its famous Best seller (twister) in an updated 1.400mAh version, combining it with a new MTL-specific atomizer, the the Fireluke 22mm.

The packaging of my sample depicts the Twister 30W kit in rainbow coloring on the front, it shows some salient features and in large letters recalls the precautions to be taken regarding use with e-liquids with additives.

On the back are remembered the Social Media where Freemax together with its loyal customers is present. We also find the manufacturer's physical address, logos, brands and once again the previous warning is proposed.

The product specifications, the contents of the package, the indications on the color of the device and the safety department are shown on the side surfaces of the box.

The new Twister tube apart from the new stylized transversal writing, basically maintains the famous setting of the previous models. At the base we see the numbered ring for adjusting the power, at the top there is the backlit fire button. The LED has the task of informing about the state of charge of the internal 1,400mAh battery. On the other side as usual of Freemax, there is the USB charging socket 5V / 1.5A.

The 22 mm cup bears the word "Designed By Freemax", the place of origin, the email address, the C E mark and the disposal logo.
The 510 pin is spring loaded and is gold plated.

The bottom of the Twister has six vent holes for the internal battery.

How does it work:
Twister 30W is powered by a built-in 1400 mAh battery with 1.5A quick charge. A full charge cycle lasts approximately 80 minutes.

The LED light incorporated inside the power button indicates the charging status of the device.
Green light: between 67 and 100%
Blue light: between 34 and 67%
Red light: between 0 and 34%

The power supply is VW type, with a simple rotation of the base we can change it from 7.5 W to 30 W.
Each shot is precise and accompanied by a click, each click corresponds to a variation of 2.5W at a time. This is the easiest of its kind.

The refill from above is childproof, it is a simple but effective mechanism, you just need to lift the cap and push.

Included in the kit are two beautiful resin Drip-tips, one long and narrow for MTL and one wider and lower for an MTL / DL vape.
Excellent choice of the two sealing o'ring.

The refill buttonhole is sufficiently large and is surrounded by a silicone gasket.

The 510 pin is gold-plated, moderately protruding, can be unscrewed and is surrounded by an insulating gasket.

The central steel structure (on the upper part) houses the 510 drip tip, the fireplace has a 5mm hole. In the lower part the structure is directly screwed to the deck. We can see the insertion hole for the coils. The "push and pull" system is very convenient.

The innovative mechanism is watertight, the Tank Fireluke 22 supports the replacement of the coil with
e-liquid in the tank.

The liquid supply holes will be automatically closed when the coil is removed.

When the new coil is inserted the holes for the liquid will open.

The adjustment of the air ring allows an optimal calibration of the Puff both for the limited DL and for the pure MTL style.
The DL adjustment combinations provide for a very large opening; three holes + buttonhole + countless combinations.

The combinations for MTL are: a single 1.5mm diameter hole, a single 1.0mm diameter hole and finally for a super contrasted Puff you can select the small 0.8mm diameter hole.

FM COILTECH 4.0:

The mesh coils both fit a DTL and MTL style vape.
They are assembled with a special SS904L military steel mesh.
The absorbent material is a combination of 95% tea fiber and 5% organic cotton.

The 1.5Ω MTL Mesh Coil with pre-installed 8-12W range is suitable for pure MTL vaping style, has a fireplace with an internal section of only 2.5mm.
The MTL / DTL 0.5Ω Mesh Coil with 15-30W range is suitable for both vaping styles, has a chimney with an internal section of 4mm, the short and wide drip tip has been designed by FreeMax for this coil.

Conclusions:

1. The new FM COILTECH 4.0 SS904L Mesh with 95% tea fiber and 5% organic cotton, live up to the fame of FreeMax and are able to offer an excellent vaping experience with abundant flavor and a nice Puff soft.

The 1.5Ω MTL Mesh Coil are able to work perfectly at 7.5W with a smooth and bubbly pull, the yield and hit are optimal, my favorite setting is 10W, long resin drip tip, with the smaller air-flow holes selected. I find the heat / aroma ratio at a high level.

The 0.5Ω 15-30W MTL / DTL Mesh Coil has a wide flexibility of use. I liked it very much at 22.5W, I find it has an abundant steam production and a very good aromatic yield especially with the low and wide Tip and with the combination of buttonhole + three holes selected.

2. The top fill design is child proof and the bottom mechanism is leak proof.
The innovative watertight mechanism of the Fireluke 22 tank supports the replacement of the coils even with the presence of
liquid inside the tank. The feed holes will automatically close when you pull out coil, no leakage of liquid on the hands.

3. A simple rotation of the base allows you to change the power from 7.5 W to 30 W in steps of 2.5W at a time.
This adjustment system is super simple and fast so as not to waste time. The combination with the coils of the FireLuke 22 is optimal.
I also really enjoyed pairing the Fireluke with the beautiful Maxus 100W electronic mod.

4. The built-in 1400 mAh battery has a 1.5A / 5V fast charge.
It provides high autonomy with normal uses ranging from 7.5W to 22.5W.
An entire charging cycle takes about 80 minutes. The chip has a complete package of protective measures.
The LED light incorporated inside the power button accurately indicates the various operations and conditions.
