OK....straight and forward question (and yes I read all over this forum....

I bought a 1 liter bottle of 24mg nic with 50/50 pg and vg. Can I store this in my freezer exactly as it came...amber bottle with a plastic seal around the cap unopened?....Many thanks for your time

Aso....which is better for long term freezing? 48 mg nic with pg or 48 mg nic with vg?

I store my unflavored PG nic juice in the amber bottle in which it comes in the freezer. If I don't plan on using it right away, I just leave it in the bubble wrap that it comes in also. The freezing point of PG is -74 F, and (surprising to me) VG freezing point (100%) is 63 F [see this]; so I would stick with the 50/50 or higher in the PG.
I don't get concentrated nic in 100% VG, just because VG is much thicker than PG and I feel it is more difficult to measure. Unless you find that you are sensitive to PG, overall it's much easier to measure out than straight VG.
Either way there should be no difference in storage for nic in either PG or VG; just let the nic juice come to room temperature before using.

Like TomCatt said, you can store nic in the freezer in the bottle it comes in if the bottle is glass and the bottle is full to the brim. Plastic bottles can expand and crack the bottle and can leach into the nic juice. Air between the nic and cap can I believe cause condensation in the bottle which could grow bacteria. I'm not positive of the reason for not having any air in the bottle but I've read many places that you should make sure the bottle is full to the brim before freezing. One source is our resident chemist Kurt.
