Small Rant, But the USPS service is really getting on my nerves right now. I have 3 orders of vapemail that, according to tracking, have not moved in days. One hasnt moved in a week. Was suppose to be delivered on the 10th. It is now the 13th and hasnt budged. Usually, im pretty lax about stuff being delayed. But there has been no updates as to where they are or when they will arrive. Just getting really frustrated with that. Anyone else having issues?

I had a shipment from Arizona last week, and this was the only issue I've ever had with USPS. The tracker said it departed sort facility from Phoenix on a Sunday, and it didn't arrive until Saturday..when it usually only takes two days. E-mail USPS..I didn't get a response back, but maybe you will be the one to get a response..:)

Hey Verdes. I, too, am waiting on the USPS for my new ejuice from Halo. When I bought my starter kit (Triton 650mAh) from their website, I opted for UPS delivery. After that order shipped I realized I forgot juice and quickly ordered the tobacco sample pack. I didn't check the box for UPS, though, and their default is USPS. Now my kit is here but my juice hasn't moved in three days. I ended up finding some locally, but I don't know why the Postal Service is dragging their feet. Christmas is over, [edited], and stuff should be moving.

Surprisingly the usps has been spot on for me lately. And fedex surepost which usually is horrible has been more than adequate for my vape mail deliveries. I think these things go in spells. I will have great luck with them for a while then things will go bad again.
One thing I have noticed is that their tracking system is less than stellar. A package will show being in Washington one day and then it's here in Alabama the next day.

No my order was not international. I live am in illinois. I ordered from Adirondack, Seduce Juice and EC Blends. I have been ordering at least 80% of my stuff from online since i started vaping. Never really came across issues expect the once in a while delay for a day or two. But never this bad. Especially when it is 3 separate orders that are being delayed and not even updated.

Seems like a lot of my orders from the east coast have been delayed by as much as 2 weeks. Probably because of the storms.

I would chalk it up to the storms as well. They are causing havoc on air transportation in the country and I'm sure USPS is not immune to this. I've had nothing but great results from USPS personally...

Oh no way, OP! Another Elginite. Awesome.

But, anyway, I too have been afflicted with a lot of this USPS slow nonsense. During the holidays, that was totally understandable. But now that they're over, you would think that the pace would have picked back up. Still, have to cut them a little bit of slack.
Except when I pay extra money for faster shipping and that money was all for naught.

Haha, yup. Small world isnt it? Be a little creepy if we were to find out we were just a few doors apart! o_O

But i am fine if there are delays with the mail service. You cannot predict everything. We are only human. But, to have it being delayed at the original post office where the vendor shipped it from for almost a week now is seeming a bit much.

I, too have a package sitting in Kearny NJ (from Halo) for a week Arrived in Kearny on Jan 5th!!!

I sent a complaint, and got this...

Dear Mr. O,
I regret learning of the inconvenience you have experienced.

According to our Track & Confirm website, item #940011.... was processed through the Kearny, NJ facility on 1/12 and should arrive shortly for delivery.

The Postal Service is experiencing an unprecedented surge in parcel volume. We are experiencing 3 times the normal package volume which is causing delays in delivery.

Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you.

Yea, probably sent this out a thousand times in the past.

sigh

The Kearny, NJ Dist Center is huge, size of 7 football fields. But it sux to wait, as I usually get Halo thru USPS in 2 or 3 days. (All Halo USPS orders go through Kearny)

I'm vaping through all the remnants of samples. So, to the OP Verdes, you're upset with USPS? Get in line, my friend, get in line...

Last week ordered a package from the other end of the country (B.C. Canada). NO tracking until it entered Toronto, Ont. and took 5 biz days. Spoke to the Shipper and although they sent the package within 12 hours they told me they were swamped with orders and they knew Canada post was also swamped. Ordered another package from Toronto store (they had 50+ units in stock)- sold out in minutes and had to wait for another shipment from B.C. which took 2 weeks. Used to be pre Christmas was the busy season but it seems Post Christmas sales bring in far more orders IMO.

I can understand being delayed a few days by the weather but weeks? Even when Chicago got three feet of snow a few years back the mail was back to schedule within a few days. The USPS just doesn't want to admit they can't handle it any more. If they can't deliver their packages on time they need to stop accepting them.

Canada Post is slow except during december/first week of january in my experience. Especially customs, sometimes takes weeks before it leaves customs.
