I recently placed an order with FSUSA, and they went above and beyond the call to see that my order got filled in a timely manner.

Due to my own error, my shipping address didn't match my billing address. FSUSA contacted me, cleared up my mistake, corrected it on my account page so it wouldn't happen again, made sure my order still went out the same day, sent me an e-mail to let me know all was well, and when I got my order, I got a free sample, and I had only ordered three of the small bottles because I was trying them for the first time and checking out flavors.

I got all tobacco brews, so I'm letting them steep for a week, as per the advice of many here. If the reviews I've read are on target, I'm in for a treat.

FSUSA couldn't have done a better job for me.
